Good clean facilities with a wonderful pool and a friendly welcome.

The size of the room and the deluxe room is modern and very clean...I loved the pool and gardens felt like we were in far north Queensland...I loved the big bath., it was very very nice. Wifi connection problem was sorted out quickly..

Apartment was good with a small dining table. Room itself was spacious with a small desk. Our deluxe room was much better and modern with a nice comfy chair, more modern bath and room look.Easy late check-in and check out process.

We only stayed 1 night. Close to Coles and can recommend 'Yummy Noodle' Chinese nearby.

Our air-conditioning didn't work - 5 mins slightly cold then warm air. We opened the door as there was a lockable fly screen to allow in some slightly cooler night air. Eventually we fell asleep in a stuffy room of 6 people. My negative review lies in the fact that when my husband notified the lady at the desk on checkout, she was very rude to him, accusing that we must have broken it and they will send us a bill.Other issues with this place worth noting for others and perhaps to be addressed by the motel - We arrived at 8pm, just at dark - the motel has construction happening, signage to locate our room was poor and parking very tight and insufficient next to the construction area and scaffold, especially with kids. Lighting is also poor, there was a sensor light outside the room but no lighting to the path and concrete stairs to access our room - my son tripped, luckily not into the pile of ceramic tiles left on the pathway.Further items that failed our stay - room only had kitchenette which was fine and we were aware of this at booking but, usually when we book rooms with kitchenette you still get a crockery and utensils set for the number of beds - here only mugs and teaspoons for tea/coffee. There is a sign in the room saying you can ask for additional items from reception, but reception closed at 8:30pm (not the advertised 9pm). We also only had 4 towels provided when the room was booked for 6 people, with no answer to our phone call, we walked up to reception prior to 9pm hoping someone was still around to grab extra but no luck. Without a bowl and fork to cook 2 min noodles for the kids we did find a local Chinese that was delicious - can recommend 'Yummy Noodle', they also gave us extra containers and cutlery no charge :) also conveniently located next to Coles.Finally a comment on location - with a late night dash out for take-away, impression of the area is 'rough'.

Rooms were clean and spacious. The kids absolutely loved the Pool and the Garden was absolutely beautiful.

Great room (7) with was large and very clean! Excellent large bathroom and room close location to the pool!

Liked everything

Every thing was perfect the room very well presented, up to date interior and exterior, comfortable affordable I could of easily lived there.

We were travelling so arrived late. Lovely spot staff very accomodating. Often disappointed when you book on line but this time we were very pleasantly surprised and enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to anyone. We actually had 3 rooms for our large extended family and all felt the same.

The hotel was a short drive to town. Our room was newly decorated and extremely comfortable.
