Fitzroy Motor Inn

Owner very helpful , and friendly .

Having the room on the main road , fairly noisy.

Clean, well-maintained, glass shower enclosure, quiet, convenient to CBD. no frills.

Have been staying there for years on our way north. Seen several proprietors, all good but getting expensive. Tried Maclean motel for a while but my wife likes a glass shower enclosure, not an old-fashioned plastic curtain..

Comfortable and clean

Got there late and took a while to get hold of reception to get keys

Plenty of room with four single and a double bed

single shower

nice big rooms with excellent shutters overlooking the pool. close to river and walking tracks.

internet only 1-2MBS

Very comfortable, clean, well appointed and well located for my needs. Friendly and professional staff.

Great size room. Well equipped for travelling as a family. Clean bedding and linen. Pool was great for kids.

No windows with any views

Spacious facilities, rooms were clean, laundry, kitchen facilities, off street parking

Rooms and fit our are quite tired and more than 50% of the globes were blown at the time of our visit. Accessing the facility is quite arduous as it is at the back of the property, and the second toilet is outside.

The bed was so comfortable, staff were amazing and super friendly! Great price for quality! Will definitely book again

Central location

Paintwork needs a refresh. EV charger only accepts Tesla cars.

Good for an overnight stay in Grafton. Clean and basic. As expected.

Lovely little cottage which still felt spacious and was a fantastic find for the price. The rooms were great sizes, beds were comfy and the bathroom was quite large. Lots of lovely period features about the property made it feel quite homey. The reception staff was also really nice and very helpful.

Nothing really

Exactly as promised and they made it easy for us to do a late night check-in. Good quality tea, coffee and fresh milk was much appreciated. Microwave was convenient. Room nice and clean with great temperature and water pressure in the shower.

General convenience of location. Desk staff was accommodating and helpful re arrival time.

While the room was clean enough, the shower was not. It had probably been cleaned daily (?) but the grout was disgusting and the showerhead didn’t work… no dial position resulted in a shower stream; it was like a tap.

Exceptional

We booked the 3 bedroom apartment, it was not really suitable as it only had one bathroom and we had 4 people getting ready for a wedding. It was very outdated. Thankfully, we were able to swap for 2 separate apartments. They were great ?

Very clean & good size room with comfortable bed. Reception gave us a great recommendation for dinner. We would stay there again.

Fridge was huge, also the room was very spacious. And the pool was nice!

Apparently the jacuzzi was a tiny pool in front of the bigger pool and the water was cold. The jacuzzi didn't work very well.

Good place to stay. Nice and quiet.

The TV was difficult to drive. All I wanted was a normal free to air channel so I could watch the news. Found it eventually

Convenient location, lovely staff and comfortable beds.

Very spacious, had everything we needed for our short stay and ample parking for our race car trailer.
