Grafton Central Motel

The host (who’s an Indian) is very nice and friendly

Better if there’s a lift

Lovely hosts, super clean room, comfy bed, good lighting and everything worked!

Great little hotel a bit of road noise but I slept well. Shopping centre about 500m away and a great little Thai restaurant. KFC less than 200m if you are after dirty bird.

rooms were clean and air conditioning worked well. Good off-street parking for motorcyclesClose to shopping center.

nothing really

It was a nice room at a reasonable price and handy to the town centre.

Room very clean, bed is oldish and not so comfortableGreat location, little bit noisy with the other guests, but this is not the motels fault

Bed to be more comfortable

Price, free drinks on arrival, room setup, friendly staff, location

Greeting by mangaer was wonderful and very hel0ful

Pillows and could hear upstairs resident

Very handy position to shopping and main street area. Close to river walk as well. Ample parking on precinct. Reasonable room area. Bed comfortable. Clean and tidy. Staff freindly.

I thought the cost of the room to be excessive in comparison to other motels i have stayed in.

Easy check in room neat and tidy. Beds comfortable

Convenient, neat and clean. Friendly staff.

Some good pillows would make a massive difference. Something as simple as that can make or break the quality of sleep you get when away from home.

It is clean and comfortable and we felt safe. The curtains also blocked the light which is a game-changer in motels! The staff were excellent. I was late and he waited and in the morning I accidentally left something in my room, so I rang at 0727 h and he came within 3 minutes to unlock my door and get it out ?

The bathroom. Because it is an older motel it is a strange set-up with the kitchen and bathroom shared, and the shower with tiles and open.

The location was perfect, easy to locate. The staff were incredible and so understanding of our need to check in at silly hours of the morning (1230am).

Nothing, didn't disappoint

Loved the central location and the room was very modern including the kitchen area and super clean. Bathroom on the small side but ok.

Location and clean bathroom.Easy check inPlenty of parking

Uncomfortable pillows and small bed.

I was kicked out of this hotel due to discrimination. The rooms are disgusting anyway but the staff are horrible.

Close to a quality restaurant and shops. Air conditioning is great, kept me cool in the hot summer nights. Friendly staff and peaceful.

Perfect for our needs of a stop over for 1 night. Clean room. Bathroom a little compact but still served its purpose. Staff friendly. Close to town.

How it was set out

The facted the fridge leaked all over the floor fell over threw the night the plates and frokes were dirty two of the single beds had bed bugs

I was a late last minute booking and he was very accommodating to my request. Friendly.

There was nothing that I didn't like other than I would of liked longer there but I was on a schedule
