very spacious room. particularly liked the comfortable lounge facing the TV. Very well appointed kitchenette area.Checking in and out, was a very straightforward affair. Was only a 1-night stay but if ever in Grafton again ... know where I'm heading.

Couldn't find towels maybe located in draw in bathroom maybe a note to advise

Impractical shower design!! Water seeped under the shower door out onto the floor….quite a large volume. However, the shower pressure was good, bathroom was clean.

How modern the room looked. Some motels don’t generally have Netflix features so it was a bonus for my siblings that like to chill and watch movies. The motel is close to everything which was a bonus!

Expected it to be clean as we left for a wedding and left the sign at our door, got back and it was still the same. Can’t complain though because it was worth staying here!

The hair dryer in room 22 is sticky to hold. Seems like the plastic outer is breaking down.The fire alarm went off around 6.30 - 7.00pm, and after 10 mins of no action we called the after hours number. If no management lives onsite, we would think it should be a "back- to- base" to the fire station. This would mean a higher level of safety for patrons, and potential fire damage to the motel would be considerably less!Also, my wife inadvertantly opened room 21 with our room key (being room 22) NOT GOOD - POOR SECURITY.These are genuine concerns that we hold and believe the proprietors should seriously consider our constructive criticisms.

Two of the pillow slips (from the drawer) hadn’t been changed, or perhaps hadn’t aired.We couldn’t find our towels for too long. Could they not just go on the bed?We couldn’t find the teabags! Maybe we are just blind but we are only in our 60s and lots of people our age will be your customers.We couldn’t get any fresh air through the night without opening the door.Otherwise, it was good. Certainly fresh and new, thank you, and the bed was great and sheets clean.Sorry to find fault, but you asked. ?

Location and condition of the rooms.

All the rooms we booked had air conditioners that were full of black mild. After two nights we all had sinus problems.

Had been renovated and very functional and clean location was good location close to shops and cafes Air conditioning worked well. Shower was good pressure and water hot

The bed light was not very good for readingCouldn’t get Wi-Fi connected and was out of office hours. Not very sound proof could hear someone coughing next door. Thought it was a little overpriced but it was school holidays

Disappointing

The staff member opened our door around 8:00am without knocking or checking that the room was occupied. Never a good feeling paying for a room with staff just opening the door randomly throughout your stay. The bedding was really uncomfortable and there was some sort of function right outside our door. Would have been nice to know there was a function space booked for that morning.
