CleanLooks like recently renovatedGood location
No hand basin in the bathroom
Nothing. It was not as advertised
Expected a cabin and we received two construction like dongas. We were in C block considered safer for women. We took one look at the sparten rooms and poor security and decided not to stay. The windows were adjacent to the single block like beds and we felt too unsafe to stay.
fix the bed in room 5
I spoke to the lady at reception, the bed in room 5 was like sleeping on a rollercoaster, there is no way of locking the wheels so when i sat on the bed it scooted across the room and i fell on the floor, also when i slept and rolled over it also moved rather dramatically, i had to wedge a towel under the wheels to stop the bed moving
Hi I left my shaver. Could you please keep it? I will pick up after 2 weeks
Lovely little place the park was very quiet neat and tidy.Beds were comfy
No bathroom in our cabin which i didn't realise on booking.Only a short walk to bathrooms though
It was great value, oldish but spacious and very clean. Staff were awesome and friendly.
Nothing, it rained.
Quiet location with trees and birds. Easy to access from main highway.Spacious DBL room with bathroom. Well decorated with high ceilings, massive TV and good quality appliances incl a quiet fridge, good lighting options and small dining table. Easy to prepare simple meals. Lots of power points. Shower good pressure and a versatile shower head. Park shop nearby.
Wifi was not working well at the time so couldn't use the smart features of the TV as would have liked.
Dicusting place.
Not as advertised. Room or whole building should be condemned, poor maintenance (I speak as a retired fire officer with years of experience in building inspections). I have stayed in lots of places, cheap and expensive, this is the worst I have experienced. Should not be advertised. Refused to stay there, lost my money, shouldn't happen to others. Falsely advertised.
Clean and tidy cabin. Took my dog, and everything went great. It was a bit of an older park, but well maintained considering. Very convenient location just off the main road. Staff were excellent and accommodating. Park was a bit muddy with all of the rain (not the park's fault), but the room was in excellent condition.
Ashtrays outside of rooms was disappointing. Should be well away from fellow travellers. Pool discolouration was not inviting even if clean. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Comfy bed.
Stayed for the night, cabin was comfortable and clean.Park is a little run down, but it looks like they’re trying to do it up. The amenities block have been redone recently, and are clean.Location was fine, town was easy and close to get to
Lack of wardrobe, no broom/dustpan, bathroom lacked a shelf for toiletries. No DVD player. The bed was comfy and the TV was easy to use. (unlike some we'd experienced elsewhere). Overall, adequate for a short stay. I felt it was a bit overpriced for what was provided.
close to town
The room and pillows/linen wreaked of cigarette smoke. It gave me a headache and sore throat. I actually left the cabin in the late evening and vacated the premises. when I notified staff what had happened I was told my observations were incorrect and I wouldn't be getting a refund. I was only after somewhere clean and tidy to sleep so didn't have high expectations. but this was a very poor experience and reception staff did not accept my feedback. very disappointing.
Park seems very well run and organised I like that there is a pool unfortunately it was raining otherwise I would have made use I thought the amenities where in excellent condition and clean
Basically clean but abit of mould around the bathroom and bed a little firm
Turn up on Thursday night and no key and no one around - I had emailed and left messages to say I would be late earlier in the day and no response - had to sleep in car as no accommodation in Grafton. When I called the next day the man said there was a cliche in the system and I wasn't on it - when I arrived for Fri night the lady said some kids had taken the keys and hidden them under the pillows but I moved those pillows and nothing there. as did a couple of guys that were helping me try to find someone onsite. I ended up having to use there toilet. No note on the door except ring 000 and also it stated to ring a bell which we did and still nothing - banged on the door and nothing. The lady said it was the first time - well maybe they need to get a system like all other hotels with a lock box and code. I travel Australia and NZ for work and this has never happened and in some remote placesThursday night refund - probably more like the 2 nights would be more appropriate. Also no decent chairs to sit on in the cabinI decided just to pack up and leave early Sat morning
Quiet, clean and well maintained. Friendly staff
