The unfriendliness of a couple of the staff.Most were friendly & helpful.

Location was good. Great sunset views over the lagoon

Bathrooms were pretty much buggered. Smashed tiles, vanity falling apart. Dead cockroaches all over the floor.

Staff where so friendly,They upgraded us to water front accommodation.Our family were so thrilled and happy.We so relaxed, such a great place for kids and adults to kick back and enjoy.We love the go carts, and very affordable prices.We will be back.

Space & amenities in the cabin. Thoughtful add ons in the kitchen/bathroom. Super comfy bed. Very clean.

A great location for walks along the breakwall and beach. We upgraded to a better cabin/location because the standard van we booked did not meet our needs. Reception staff were friendly & made this change easy for us. The 3 bed cabin was spacious and had everything we needed.

Wifi speed was appallingly inadequate. The cabin needs a thorough deep clean.

The cabin was excellent with a view of the river. Being able to walk along the walking path to the river entrance was an added bonus especially when the dolphins came in. Lovely to see. Park facilities looked terrific.

Perfect for kids & families. Pool area includes fantastic splash pad & paddling pools. Playground, bouncing pillow, games room, even a mini golf course! Our deluxe cabin was conveniently located next to all of these facilities with a great deck to enjoy it all. Clean, spacious & comfortable inside. Lovely walk along the bay.Friendly reception team.

The location, the children’s facilities - pool, jumping pillow, putt putt.

The cabin was perfect, we were lucky to get an upgrade.The reception staff were lovelyThe cabin itself had all that we required, full kitchen separate lounge and good sized balcony with barbecue facilities. Car space next to the cabin.We thoroughly enjoyed the walking tracks & proximity to the lake and beach

Great location, very comfortable cabin, very clean, our second visit to this park and will definitely be back.

Fantastic location with so many activities to keep the kids entertained. Pool and splash park were exceptional, mini golf was also lots of fun. Loved that you can hire kayaks and SUPs direct from reception.

Studio cabin could use a bit of maintenance. Bunk bed was very squeaky and the toilet door was tricky to open and close.

Great for family activities. Efficiently run place. Cabins kept well and have a good range of cooking and food prep items supplied. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of things for kids to do and plenty of space for walks or outdoor play. Great camp kitchen for use as well.

Our parking allocation was a joke. Very hard to squeeze in to space allocated though other options were offered, just not close to our cabin. Very busy place. it's big ! We were there in school holiday time so fully booked I imagine. But pool can be very busy at times. No convenient shop close by and office sell s very limited items.

The kids activities and overall activities for families in the park are great. The closeness to water and fishing and swimming activities.

The 3 bedroom cabin could do with an extra A/C and more fans as it can get hot during hot days. The third bedroom is very small and had no fans. The 2 bathrooms is a plus though

The 2 br, 2 bathroom cabin was spacious and clean. The facilities for the kids were great, the park was tidy and looked as though it was all well looked after.

Perfectly clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed.

It’s starting to show its age.

The location

The bottom bunk bed omg the slightest move made the biggest squeak Was annoying And the pool could of had more water in it I spent 4-5 hours in around the pool and I could over hear people saying wow it’s shallow needs more water

It had heaps for kids to do, the cabin was clean and had everything that we needed.

There was nothing I didnt like

Comfortable beds and had everything you needed in a small space. Facilities looked great and lots of activities although we just stopped over for one night.

The baseboards near floor were quite dirty and dusty in the entire cabin so really looked like they could use a good clean.

Air con was operating prior to arrival as it was Dec it was hot and it was welcoming to arrive in a cool room.The bed were comfy and had everything we needed.

Shower and shower curtain but it wasn’t a deal breaker.
