We received an email from the owners welcoming us before our stay, and another after thanking us for staying. A nice touch. Excellent position close to the river, restaurants and shops.

The room was quiet and clean, the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept on at a motel. The hotel is located across the road from the RSL and close to shops and restaurants.

The decor was a little dated and there was no safe in the room. The pool is quite small and seems like an afterthought in the corner of the carpark.

It was just a walk across the street to the RSL where we were having a reunion, very handy, and not have to worry about driving.

Inconsistent wifi, is the only thing I can say I had trouble with.

Cherie & Bridgette were both lovely.

The knuckleheads who took the carpark in front of our room each night.

Motel was in a great postion , plenty of places to eat and nice walking pass along the river. Parking near rooms .

I could hear other guests coughing, snoring etc. The shower head needs replacing.

Great location close to the RSL and check in was easy. We accidentally locked ourselves out of our room and I called the emergency number and was kindly guided to a safe with spare key which was amazing. The lady was lovely and very understanding.

We did have a ground floor room which meant we could hear what sounded like a heard of elephants above us.

It was as a very rapid booking process and they responded to our request for disabled and low room.

The room was filthy. When looking for a plug to charge we pulled the bed cabinet forward to find used condoms and wrappers. When getting blanket from cupboard there were 2 cockroaches. The cleanliness needs a real shake up in the hotel and guest should be cautious.

Staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival and Close to RSL and shopping facilities.

$345 for 1 night.

The bathroom could do with an update. Quite a few bugs, probably because of the climate. This has nothing to do with the hotel, but don't eat at the RSL. It was overpriced and not good. Ask staff at the hotel for safer recommendations.

The light on the AC was really bright, but minor complaint.

Get rid of the cock roaches they were coming out of the drain pipes in the bathroom otherwise the room and facilities were great. The room staff were great .we will be coming back again as we enjoyed our stay there

Convenient to Main Street

Had a issue with a power point that they already knew about tripped the power points in the bedrooms couldn’t turn the lamps on or charge a phone was rectified after a couple of hours

Everything was just how we remembered it lovely staff great location and very comfortable.

Couldnt fault anything except the weather.
