Nicely located.

Shower drainage is a problem. Floor all ends up wet and slippery which wasn’t great for my elderly mum.

there were many thing in the bathroom broken or not working broken toilet seat and not attached broken soap /missing in shower ,,,no exhaust fan ..or broken ,, broken drain in vanity ,, not at all what we expected ,,such a shame

Good location. Close to Shaw's Bay & the River. Very short drive to Ballina Township, Ballina Fair & Lighthouse Beach.Room was spacious with wood look floors, dining table & kitchenette. The beds and pillows were so comfortable.The interior was lovely & outdoor areas had a Balinese theme.Friendly staff.

This is a situated in a nice quiet location, but not far from Ballina town centre. The room had everything to make my stay comfortable, and I could have easily stayed there for a few days, not just the one night. Maybe another time! The pool and rest area were right next to my room, which was nice because I didn't have to go far to paddle in the pool. Not nice, because the neighbours were a little noisy using the facilities after I had gone to bed early (which is not the fault of the motel).

The oversized bedside lamps. They look nice enough, but I hit my forehead on the shade more than once, which did not hurt, but was a little annoying. The decor was a bit OTT for my liking, but that didn't make me any less comfortable. It was nice to see the attention to detail.

For a normal motel it is cleaner more equipped with the things you need and more comfortable than some high rise apartments on the Gold coast we have stayed in.

This older style motel has been updated with a tropical feel to the room. The room was very spacious and had an impressive kitchenette (which we didn't use as we were only there overnight). The sachets of hot chocolate and shortbread biscuits were appreciated. The bathroom is a little dated, but clean and functional and the bed was comfortable.Our late check in was very well handled,

Very clean. Plenty of towels. Bed was made beautifully. Decor was calming. Great parking space for each unit. Lovely pool and surrounds.

Needed to clean the glasses as there were residue smudge marks. The lounge looked dated and a but grubby. The toilet seat was not fixed in place and was lose.

A really nice motel. The facilities, and there was extra effort with detail very evident in such things as bath items and folded towels. Extra wide parking spaces made life very easy. The owner could not have been more helpful either

The shower needed updating but this was very minor

Rooms are styled beautifully and very comfortable. It’s the little things such as good quality shampoo/conditioner and soaps. The array of tea and coffee to get you going the next morning was spot on.

Linen & towels could have been a little newer but they were very clean.

Shower was superb and fan was great over the bed. We also loved the pool for a morning swim every day

I was there for 3 nights. Could have done with extra dishwashing liquid. I did request more garbage bags and was looked after straight away.

Very comfy bed. Location is good. Room size is very decent. Wifi great and free parking right outside the room.

Almost all the windows shutters facing the road were broken. Power points behind bed very difficult to access as bed head was bolted to the wall. Cleanliness next to and behind bedside table and bed was very poor. A bit more attention to cleaning and maintenance needed.
