Nice setup of the room - was very clean the location was close to everything.

to be honest there was nothing to dislike

Shower head .. little blocked and water pressure not good from the shower head ! .../ queen bed.. needs replacing.. lumps and bumps..

Location, pool, and spacious room.

Excellent location and tidy room, great stop-over location well in the heart of Ballina. Comfortable and clean bed with plenty of room available to move around.

Car park was very full, however to be expected during the period we were there. Parking space closest to our room was not available for us to use, if it wasn't for the one spot remaining, we would have had to park else-where.

The property is very well maintained, room is as very clean, comfortable and staff were most friendly and helpful. We really liked the heritage look and location too. Ballina itself has so much Aussie charm and people were most friendly and polite. We are definitely staying here again.

the proximity to the motel to the RSL and shops

there was NO SPARE ROLLS OF TOILET PAPER and only less than half a roll in use.Luckily, we had our own.Was looking forward to a sleep in but unfortunately there was a pre warned power outage from 8.30am on the next morning.

Room was large, well presented and clean.

Good size room (very high ceilings), quiet, comfortable bed boarding on soft, clean, excellent shower / shower head / pressure. We were coming off 7 nights of camping with only options being cold showers. A hot shower and not having to camp in wet weather were great.Centrally located with restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance (2 -3 blocks).

Good location within the city. The room was a good size.

The room was pretty tired and ready for a renovation. The shower door was broken and quite dangerous. There were cockroaches in the room. A pest spray was needed.

We stay every time we travel through, over twenty years, decore could do with upgrading, otherwise, all good.

Loved the location. So handy for being new to town. The staff were amazing, so welcoming and with great humor. The room was gorgeous, love the heritage vibe and the wood detailing!!

Nothing it was perfect

3rd stay here.No response from my complaint re the sewerage smell in the room.My daughters were staying 2 units down and theres was fine.The smell was coming up through the drain in the bathroom

Great location, we really enjoyed our stay. Room was serviced daily and our hosts really wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. I would totally stay again.

Would have been nice to have some seating outside, somewhere to sit and relax

Great location shopping centre close by RSL club across the road. Good size rooms although the shower was a little small

Spotlessly clean and comfortable accommodation right on the main street of Ballina. Terrific location near the river and and just a few hundred metres from the cafes and restaurants. I had to check in late but it was very easy and convenient process to do so and I was very glad of the nice room after a long drive down the coast late at night. I enjoyed my stay here very much and would gladly stay here again.

Nothing - it was all good and I hope to be back one day!

The only negative was that the pillows were too high and as a result I woke up with a bad headache. We went and bought a twin pack of pillows from Woolies down the road.If you need to do laundry it's $9 per load to wash and dry (2 x $2 for washer & 3 x $1 for dryer, $2 if you don't bring your own laundry powder). You can get the laundry powder & change from reception.

Perfectly located in Ballina, a short stroll to the River and local restaurants. The room was extremely comfortable.

Lovely well maintained property with lots of character ,great location with bars and restaurants nearby.Opposite RSL club,probably one of the best in Australia.Nice friendly welcome from the lady on reception.
