Perfect location for a getaway in Ballina. Walking distance to town centre, restaurants etc.

Lovely room. Staff were very helpful. Comfy bed. Very relaxing and quiet spot. Will definitely book again when in Ballina.

It was a gorgeous boutique hotel, nicely presented, and well preserved. The bed was very comfortable. It was close to the main street, so it was convenient, but tucked away so it was quiet.

As it's a 100-year old building, the walls are paper thin and can hear all the footsteps, doors opening and closing, people talking in hallways. The shower was also not enclosed, so there was water all throughout the bathroom.

Lovely breakfast and dinner, atmosphere and decor.

We loved everything about this property. It is so beautiful, so comfortable with everything you could need. The bed is very comfortable with beautiful linen. Huge bathroom with a spa bath. The breakfast was delicious, fresh local food served in a lovely dining room. Easy walk to restaurants, cafes and the river.

Staff were fantastic. The property itself is well maintained part of the Ballina history.Large room with extra large bathroom.Stairs (only option) leading up to the rooms are somewhat difficult to manage with suitcases.Bed was a little squeaky.

I really liked the efficiency and email prior to our arrival. It was a key-less and secure entry code, and it meant both of us had the ability to come and go without needing to arrange to share a swipe card or key. Wifi password was included in the welcome message and instructions. A mobile number was provided if we needed to speak to anyone; which we didn't. There was real bottled milk in the fridge, not the UHT thimbles that you routinely get in hotels. The continental breakfast rhe next morning catered easily for my dietary needs being gluten free.

Gorgeous, character filled hotel. Very comfortable and modern facilities. We had dinner and happy hour drinks and it was the best meal we’ve had in ages. Beautiful setting and Mia, the maître D was exceptional. Highly recommend having a meal. Advertised pictures are an accurate representation.

Lovely period property with large well appointed room

My room (#10) was located above the hotel bar/restaurant & for almost 5 hours in the evening was subjected to loud, intrusive from below….maybe replace the booming bass with gentle piano music?!?Breakfast was bread, cheese, fruit & cereal - very uninspiring Purely on the basis of the loud music that prevented relaxation, I would not stay here again

Large room - lovely decor and facilities.Complimentary breakfast was lovely and perfect for our needs. Lovely restaurant and bar onsite - competitively priced and great menu.

Lovely spacious room and bathroom. Rm 9. Rear balcony over looking garden and pool. Delicious cocktails and great food on weekend. Continental breakfast only available. Short walk to restaurants. To improve our stay bathroom tap needed washer to fix drip and ceiling fan not working but were provided with a portable fan. In all a lovely place to stay. Thank you to staff member that carried my case down the stairs. Also liked the self check in and keyless doors.

Beautiful old style Hotel that has been wonderfully restored. The staf are amazing, helpful and very friendly. Shout out to Mia who runs the restaurant- awesome service and food
