Surprised to find there wasn't any onsite staff but this key safe and drop box system worked fine

clean and tidy

Hot water ran out at tea time, had to wait till after 9.30pm before we had enough hot water for a shower. I was told when booking there was parking for a 5 -6m boat but couldn't drive under low awning which wasn't mentioned at the time of booking, had to reverse boat into traffic to park at rear of motel.

Location was great & within walking distance of RSL. The room had an industrial look vibe, which was very welcoming & modern.

The only thing was the bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Nice clean large room. Walking distance to RSL for meals etc.

Convenient to town

Second floor balcony rail too low and could be dangerous to an suspecting guest

Clean and modern, plenty of PowerPoints for devices.

Not easy to wash up plates and cups.

The room was clean, and all the basic requirements were available in my room.

The traffic noise. I was in a room close to the main road and even with the windows shut from the road was evident throughout the night.

The communication with staff was great, we arrived after check in and they were so helpful and went out of their way with tips on getting places.

$180 !! Won't. stay here again and won't recommend it

TV remote would not work.No instructions for air con. We eventually worked out that we needed to turn it OFF at wall. It then worked.Didnt see any staff. Office closed.the whole time.Very firm mattress. Flat cheap pillows.Poor value for money

Traffic noise in the daytime but it was quiet at night

It suited our purpose.

No spare toilet rolls in the bathroom. I had to go out and buy toilet paper to get us through, and the bin in the bathroom was not emptied. Terrible what was in it :-(

The room was lovely and very clean and comfortable.

Could do with more parking

Large room, very clean, good hot water and pressure. Power points in covered parking area for portable fridge/freezer. Easy check-in. Pleasant staff.

Closeness to the waterfront.

The design of the bathroom. The sliding shower doors should be reversed so water does come out onto the vanity - plus this would open the access pads the vanity. Also this design change would allow a larger vanity sink. Currently the glass shelf above the sink doesn’t allow easy access to the sink when cleaning your teeth.

It was exceptionally clean, location was fabulous for walking to the river and eating out.

It was a wonderful place to stay, very convenient and close to the beach. Great value for money.

The rooms were a little small, but I found them cosy rather than anything else.

Room was clean and good value. Close to river and easy to find.

I like having someone at reception desk, but only spoke to someone via phone who told me how to get the key. AirBnb maybe, motel not really. I understand that maybe people have to do other things, but personal touch is why people keep returning.

Didn’t know there was breakfast?

The balcony railing I feel was not high enough. Would be easy to loose balance and fall over long drop.
