Location, lovely rooms. Quiet. Fantastic pool.

Room deodoriser/ cleaning products on arrival to room were overpowering.Smell of mould inside bathroom vanity cabinet.Messaged property with question prior to arrival. No answer.Pool towels were hard to find.Doors banging on access to co located rooms.Tv remote bit confusing.

The staff were friendly, and the room was very clean and quite spacious for two people. Overall, it was comfortable.

despite confirming over the phone twice with the Ramada phone lines that the room had room service, arrived at the hotel to find no room service or breakfast to the room was available.extreme amount of light entering the room at night even with blinds drawn,large amount of noise from the pool area alsotv remote turns on both tvs at once unless divider walls are closed, extremely unconvenient

No hassle, last minute booking on a Monday afternoon, literally pulled in and booked it and walked straight in to a ready room. The pool was very clean

The only drawback was the mattress, it was a bit too firm for my bad back, I woke up with lumber pain, got stuck and couldnt roll over. This is more of a warning for others with bad back than a complaint. My husband found it very comfortable

Always enjoy my regular stays at Ramada Ballina. The most recent stay provided an excellent nights sleep, a view over the marina of a great storm, and welcome late check out the next day.

The service was great. The property felt clean. The location was amazing. Highly rate. Great for relaxing. Bath is amazing while watching TV. Great view. Breakfast was delicious. Coffee was great.

I really would have appreciated some biscuits as part of the tea/coffee provisions. All the much cheaper hotels provide biscuits

Location is good and appreciated underground parking. Room was clean.

We paid extra to get a river view but the position of our room meant we were facing the side wall of the room beside us with the river view around the corner. Very disappointing. Rooms were also smaller than expected. Would have liked a bar of soap for the bath.

Not a problem, but corrosion on bottom of shower frame visually detracts from the otherwise superb corner suite we occupied.

Check in was easy and car parking was helpful. View from the room was excellent.

There was no microwave in the room which sometimes can be handy. No plates and cutlery as well.

The reception staff. They were helpful and really a pleasure to talk to. And the view and decor of the resort was wonderful.

Beautiful apartments/rooms in perfect location on the river and short walk to shops and restaurants and along the river boardwalk. Could not fault the room or staff.

The location was terrific and an easy walk to town. Nice aspect looking over the marina. Parking was easy and accessible. Clean, pleasant and functional. Staff were friendly professional and helpful.

I booked this because we were two single people travelling together and two beds were advertised. A queen plus a sofa bed. However when the non refundable booking was made I saw that only one bed could be used and if the sofa bed was used we had to pay for 3 people. I thought the relatively high price should have meant we had a bed each!!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location on river. Great last minute booking for a stay in Ballina. Close to places to eat without having to drive.
