Management at the park tried their best to make something work for us but in the end the storms made it too hard and we couldn't get there.

We couldn't get there with the storms. Was very difficult to make contact with the management at the park. When we did they were lovely but room for improvement with communications, changing dates, losing money. The problem was too many middle people with talking to managers on site, reflections, booking.com. Still not sure if we were charged or not on this one in the end. Became confusing at both ends I think. The comment is more for reflections and booking.com need to get the act together so it works more smoothly for people trying to negotiate changes. Things don't always run smoothly. Sleeping in the car is not fun.

Friendly warm service at check in, cabin was well sized and spotlessly clean, really felt at home

OK location to town

Cabins are really small There were 2 of us and there wasnt much room. The bathroom was the sive of a closet.

Staff were friendly and gave us a thorough rundown of the accommodation. The place was tidy and there was sufficient room to move about.The location is close to the town center. As well as being close to the beaches in the area,

Clean, quiet and easily accessible. Staff were friendly, cabin was perfect - esp easy to keep clean with two dogs!

Location was 10 out of 10. Booked the wrong Reflections by accident. So happy I did!!! More info on Dog parks, dog beaches etc would have been great. Found some but heard there was a great dog park close too??? Anyway we loved our stay and couldn’t fault it! We were in a cabin and everyone observed quiet time at end of day. Perfect! Very family and dog friendly.

Bins started overflowing but 2 empty bins behind where clothes lines were “More bins here” sign might have reduced the excess rubbish.

Close to everything, peaceful, staff helpful.

The location was ideal. Walk to coffee shops, boutiques and restaurants. Cabins were setup well and presentation was high quality. Clean tidy and relaxed setting. Staff helpful and friendly.

We booked three cabins and were able to get two next to each other. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom/kitchen were neat and tidy. Much more spacious than we imagined and great for a two night stay - could've stayed a week!

The bathroom was great, but the shower curtain didn't keep much water in the shower area.

Have stayed here a couple of times. Nice little place with cabins that allow for self contained stays. Good location near everything you might need and over the road from a nice walk.

The location was great because it was in the middle of everything. We stayed in two different cabins and they were both excellent and we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice and clean units. Good value for money. Very convenient location. Double bed very comfortable. Good size balcony.

Bunk beds mattress too thin, makes the bed hard.

The bedding was not changed it had a stain on it from previous guest. The cabin smelt like a little wet dog smell

Clean and well presented. I felt comfortable straight away, it lacked nothing for our long weekend stay.

The huge pillows looked nice on the made up bed but were a literal pain in the neck to sleep on. Perhaps one big one and one thinner one would be a better option.

Staff were very friendly and right across from the waterslides
