- Although our unit had a new aircon, the unit next to ours had a very noisy box aircon(and so did a lot of other units). Those old aircon units need replacing.

- Needs an upgrade_ getting tiredAir conditioner noisy.The one in next door unit VERY noisy and kept on recycling through the night resulting in no sleep.

Property was clean, very small and basic.
The air conditioner was very noisy, they swapped rooms to accommodate but the second one wasn't much better. The fridge was leaking and carpet around it was wet. The bed was very springy and bouncy.
Shower was good
Bed small for a couple sleeping together, not much room to move around the bed.Cutleries missing for take away food.

I left the big bed to my mate which he thought was comfy however mine was a bit on the hard side.
Positioned in main Street of town with close proximity to all shops, restaurants etc.
The heavy use of lavender room freshener was extremely overwhelming. The fan would only work on very high speed. The air conditioner unit was exceptionally noisy, which made for an uncomfortable night.
