The Brunswick, Brunswick Heads

The room was very spacious and clean and the bed was super comfy. It was an easy walk to the river and beaches with some great restaurants and the pub all within an easy walking distance.

The bathroom was tiny with the hand basin outside in the room. Water pressure wasn't brilliant from the rain shower and the hot water was a bit dodgy. This wouldn't deter us from staying again.

The Brunswick has a great location, a lovely pool, and helpful staff (hi Kyla!). Also, we really enjoyed taking the complimentary paddle boards out to the river.

Room cleanliness could have been a little better - housecleaning tidied up our room each day, but did not change the sheets until we left. Also, the rooms are nice, but are pretty bare-bones - do not expect any frills.

Location was perfect close to the beach restaurants and shops. It was just fabulous

Super comfy beds, the best quirky mini bar ever, and very real and present kind staff!

The room was extremely clean and well presented. Effort had gone into the decor & furnishing selections - which i loved. The hand basin was outside the bathroom & doubled as a mini sink & water spout hight enough to fit jug under to fill - fabulous.Pool towels hanging at door for convenience. Grounds & common areas again well thought out & presented beautifully. I would highly recommend & will stay here again.

The little bit of traffic noise.

Good location, walking distance to town. Nice pool and outside area. Comfy bed. Guest bikes were handy to get into town quickly.

Small room. Hard to fill the kettle. No black tea or milk supplied. Very small tea cups. 1 spoon supplied . Tap handle in shower kept falling off.

Pool area & gardens were lovely, as were the rooms. Good location

Not the property’s fault but a guest left his dog tied up in his Ute & it barked for a very long time & into the late evening. It caused quite a commotion with a guest yelling out

We had a truly wonderful time at The Brunswick. From the moment we arrived, Mel’s warm and friendly service set the tone for a fantastic stay – thank you, Mel!The accommodation is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and full of charm. The swimming pool was a great bonus, and we loved the exceptional value of both the cheese and seafood platters – absolutely delicious and perfect for a relaxed afternoon.The location couldn’t be better – walking distance to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. The whole place has a lovely vibe, and the staff were consistently kind, attentive, and welcoming. Not just Mel – every team member we saw seemed genuinely happy to be there. It must be a great place to work, because the positive energy really shows and made our stay feel even more special.We didn’t bring our dog this time, but knowing it's pet-friendly makes us even more keen to return. It really was just an all-round fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

Cosy decor; relaxed vibe; great staff! Also loved the plant in my room!

At the end of a long day of travel the explanation of how to unlock the door was a little confusing. I ran into other guests who helped me and they said that they had also been confused… easy when you know how though!Artwork on the walls would complete an otherwise super cute interior!

The TV picture wasn’t working, the room was quite small. A short walk to town and the heads.

Beautiful pool.

The painted floor always looked dirty as paint had chipped off in many places.

We were at the front of the property so road noise was noticable.

Really lovely boutique motel. Close proximity to everything. The free bikes are awesome!

Room was clean, comfortable with an excellent range of local beverages and snacks at great prices in our room. we enjoyed the decor and relaxed feeling of our room. Friendly service from all staff. Suppling beverages and small plates on our request. We felt like we were staying at a small resort.

Super friendly staff. Loved the outdoor area for a dip in the pool or a read beneath the pergola. I did a couple of early meditation sessions under the trees & the sound of the wildlife was beautiful. Perfect location for cruising in on the bikes to one of the local eateries. Have fallen in love with Bruns. We’ll be back for sure!

Misleading advertising and substandard room. No wardrobe/closet! Zero storage for clothes!! No iron/ironing board.

Great customer service, nice refurbished room, this is our second stay, will be back!!

Cool vibe to the property. Nice pool. Very clean. Excellent friendly staff.
