Comfy large bed, great location, very good shower

The location is excellent. Walking distance to the shops and the beach. Harry, the owner/manager was very helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised by this motel! I expected it to be old fashioned and a little tired, but instead it was retro but modern. Keypad entry was handy and the room was lovely.

Nothing really. The room was small and the double room bed is just a double, but we knew this when booking and that was fine for our needs.

Motel was clean. Location is pretty good - can walk to main area of town in about 10 mins.

Motel room is tiny. Walls are paper thin. We had an issue with parking - office was locked. Rang bell, no answer. Phoned office phone number (during office hours) & no answer. Left a few messages, still hasn’t returned any calls. Called after hours mobile number & left messages. The place is Very overpriced. Everything is done by text message & no help for any issues.

The Chalet Motel is a little slice of retro comfort. So clean, comfy bed, wonderful saltwater pool and communal bbq area. Easy to book, access and close to cafes in a beautiful setting in Brunswick Heads. It is also pet friendly for future adventures.

Very clean room with good internet and comfortable bed. Just outside of the rooms there is a BBQ place, that also equipped with microwave and still/sparkling water taps.

Super comfy beds, good location, nice room

The Chalet, was a great place to stay for a few days in Brunswick Heads, good size rooms, comfortable bed, very clean, nice little extras. The covered area with Bbq and tables is good to sit have drink, like the touch of on tap sparkling water. Good little pool and easy walk to cafes & restaurants.

Nothing. Cheap nasty accomodation advertised as Boutique premium accommodation which is priced top dollar. The ultimate scam.

As above.Small claustrophobic room. The most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept in. Cold shower. Unclean. Small child size pool.Not worth $150 a night let alone the $500 plus price tag it has. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Paper thin walls, didn't get much sleep as you can hear people in other rooms. Don't think it should have carpet on floors when you can bring your dog.

The cutest little motel. Super clean and tidy. Very close to everything. The saltwater pool was lovely! All amenities are very well thought out from water taps in the bbq area to hooks for your bags in the room. Heaps of places to stash luggage. The fridge has a seperate freezer which was awesome! Comfy beds. The bathroom products are actually really nice (not your standard motel products!)

We loved everything however we would have loved two towels and two pillows each. That's being super nitpicky though! The place is the best. We'll be back for sure.

This is a super cute updated beachy motel in Bruswick Heads.

The price was steep considering the quality.

What a beautiful little motel. We have stayed 2 times unfortunately this time without our pooch. I love that it's so incredibly tidy and well kept and your allowed dogs. The owner is super nice and really attentive. The motel has had more updates it's so cute.

The walls are a little thin and one night was kept awake with two gentlemen celebrating.

This motel is in a great location - walking distance to shops, restaurants and the water. It was a tropical oasis providing a relaxing experience for our overnight stay. This is our second visit on our way north and we will continue to stay because it’s the peaceful overnight rest we are looking for.

A ‘me’ problem - We couldn’t stay longer and didn’t get a chance to have a dip in their lovely pool.

We had a fantastic stay here. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond. They were so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, even prioritising our room so we could check in early. The town is absolutely gorgeous, with such a lovely feel to it, and the area itself is amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here.
