The price - total hire for the weekend then had to pay extra per person per night

Great location and close to everything.

Allocated parking spaces a bit tight and no water sport equipment hire facilities and bbq where we were staying at Unit 12 would not turn on. We had meat we had to cook inside. Wasn’t an emergency so did ring after hours number

The waterfront cabin was really lovely. Set up very practically and great for our toddler.

The property advertises a playground, which no longer exists. They need to remove the photos of this on booking.com

Location is beautiful!!! Cabins are clean and well equipped.

One of the best cabins we have stayed in. Very roomy especially the bathroom & kitchen. Great location on the river, walking distance to town.

I'm writing this because the receptionist at Massey Greene asked me to report this.Prior to our visit, I contacted Massy Green Holiday Park to see if we could add an extra person at the last moment because we were staying in a 5 bed cabin. There would be 3 of us. I was told No by the person on the phone.The person was of no assistance at all.I was on the phone waiting when I called for quiet some time and feel the call may have been diverted.The information on Bookings.com advised me to ring the Park if I needed to make changes and I received a negative response.The person on the phone told me trying to deal with Bookings.com over the phone was difficult and that was basicly the priced I paid for booking through them.

Cabin was amazing and comfortable for the whole family

Frypan was not stick free. Unfortunately, we were not able to use it after one use as everything burnt and stuck to it. And the tongs had not spring, so they didn't work well either. Otherwise, it is a beautiful cabin in which we enjoyed and would love to visit again.

A very comfortable bungalow with all the amenities for a holiday by the river. Easy walking to the village shops, beach and pub.

Toilet is cramped and a squeeze for even mid-sized adults. Shower head needs to be replaced.

The convenience to town. How approachable the staff were. Although there were a lot of people there, the noise level was fantastic.

Location was ideal, loved being in Brunswick Heads, the bungalows were well set up, a home away from home, very clean and comfortable, with enough pillows and towels

The campers in the site next to our bungalow placed their chairs right next to our bedroom window, as there was a privacy hedge, I don't think they realized it was right next to the bedroom window. Likewise, the adjacent campsite faced their entire living area right in front of the lounge window of our bungalow, forcing us to keep the blind closed, for their privacy and ours.

Deck out the front of unit was nice. Kitchen was good.

Beds were terrible and bedrooms very small - every move in bed was felt by the other. We also left with bedbugs and I saw several cockroaches. Lounges were hard and uncomfortable.

So close to the waterway. Great view of the river all day round. Excellent facilities, the unit contained every thing we needed. Very clean, very quiet

Nothing to dislike

Our cabin was lovely, and clean, in beautiful surroundings. It was quiet and peaceful. We would have liked to stay longer.

Location, cleanliness, lovely staff. Can’t comment on amenities as we didn’t use them as we were in a cabin
