Lovely spot and really clean.

Very friendly staff and welcomed with a big smile on arrival. Our room exceeded our expectations. The family rooms are big with high ceilings, so you don't feel shut in. Pet friendly which is a wonderful bonus. The beds are super comfy, and location is great. I would recommend the Ocean Shores to anyone.

had a comfortable relaxing stay staff were brilliant helpful most of all made my dog named Mouse & I feel welcomed they even leave a fresh puppy bowl in case u don't arrive with one.the rooms are spacious clean just right for you and a furry friend. definitely be back thankyou guys much appreciated will & mouse (puppy)

Great location for Bluesfest. (Bus transfers stopped right outside) Lovely little room. Great communication with hosts Colin and Sinead. Very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed.

Great older style motel large room clean and comfortable

Overall it was pleasant enough and wasn't too pricey, so for a short stay not too bad.

We weren't aware the motel allowed dogs in the rooms. Although we both love dogs, didn't really enjoy the sight of left dog food, poo etc around the facilities. Also the pool didn't look too inviting at the time we were there. Just thought the whole place needed a good tidy up. Garden areas were overgrown and unattractive

Great value for budget motel. Staff very friendly and customer service excellent. Informed of tourist places and things to do in the area. Good location of motel as central to surrounding towns, touristy places and close to my family who I visited with my hire car. Room clean, bed comfortable and despite motel located on busy road, it was quiet. Nice bbq area and swimming pool.

Mobile phone had bad reception but not the motels fault.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was simple but spacious and very comfortable.

Staff at ocean shores were great and the rooms were amazing we were travelling from Canada and they were the nicest people. Cheers

Very clean unit well situated friendly staff

It was perfect for our road trip.Just off the highway far enough to be quiet but close enough for a quick get away.The family room was Big. Clean, and best of all was the pod coffee maker.

Clean spacious, pool and BBQ area was nice will use for air next trip.

The room was large and clean, the neighbourhood is very quiet as were the other residents. The staff were exceedingly helpful and kind.

Room was very spacious and very clean with minimal clutter. Bed was comfortable. Location was quiet and peaceful, considering it's right near the motorway. Very convenient having a 24-hour check-in for guests.

Slightly overpriced for what the room was. Minimal space to clean up dishes/prepare food. A sink in the kitchenette would've been great. No changeover to fresh towels each day.

Foot path next to unit 10 had too many plans in he garden and covered the footpath. Internet speed was not good.

It was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. I experienced prompt responses to my sms queries.

It’s great for short term stays. There is no cooktop or sink in kitchenette so not ideal for longer stays if you like to cook your own meals.
