The easy access to the cabin, The friendly staff, The cleanliness of the resort,

could not connect to wifi. bed was too soft. both pillows were too soft. some parts of the curtains were mouldy.

Was very well kept ,clean .The Pool area is very relaxing

The sky light in the Cabin was a bit bright first thing in the morning .and the Chairs in the room were Very uncomfortable hard to sit in and heavy to move around .Needs a flat area in the bathroom to place your toilet bag on there were No flat surface

Ingenia has been my preferred stay for the last 3 years and will be again. Staff are very friendly and helpful, park is clean and tidy, great Pizza night on Thursdays!! Rooms are great and provide all needed. Love it

Nothing not to like

I only stayed one night so I had a cabin outside the gated area which was convenient. About 10 minutes easy walk to the beach. Short walk to the river and restaurants. Longer walk into Kingscliffe. Cabin was comfortable. I did not use any of the other facilities of the site. Mixture of permanents and holiday makers.

Great location, cafe on site. Cabin was super comfortable and clean. Dog friendly.. staff were friendly.

The tavern down the road wouldn't let us sit on the outside deck for dinner, with our dog.

Great value for money for a short stay

Parking wasn’t the best as had to have a discussion with a camper who thought our parking spot was part of his campsite.

Wood fired pizza on site was excellent & enjoyed immensely after our long drive

Shower pressure in cabin 6 was very poor & hot water took ages to come through

Liked the location and the pool.

The cabin was very old and not well maintained . The rusty handles and the marks on the wall indicate that a good renovation is needed .

Value for money and comfortable enough

Didn’t feel very private. Walls in the studio cabins are thin so you could hear the neighbours moving around, plus other cabins are very close. Had to keep curtains closed at all times if we didn’t want people looking in.

A couple of comfortable chairs in the cabin would have been appreciated. The toilet roll holder didn't allow renewing_ stuck. Cabinet in bathroom couldn't be opened. No decent accessible mirror, bathroom sink so tiny and there should be a handle in the shower as floor is slippery. Hooks are needed behind the bathroom door. Only one bedside table and lamp, should be two. I would have liked a room service over the 6 nights. Liked the coffee and snack truck at weekend.

The property was gorgeous, unfortunately the weather prevented me from swimming in the beautiful pool, however, my purpose for travel was my sisters wedding in QLD and this place meant I was able to stay and visit both NSW & QLD. The staff were gorgeous and super helpful, the bed was amazingly comfortable. Room amenities were perfect for any length of stay and the room, linen and bathroom were all very clean and well maintained. Despite the huts having 3 seperate rooms attached to each other, I did not hear noise from anyone else. The close camp grounds were also quiet and added to the “holiday” feel. I really enjoyed my time there and would absolutely stay again if I’m back in the area!

Parking was a bit “all over the place” however there were plenty of spaces and areas to park, my only suggestion would be that they’re labeled so there’s no confusion on who parks where. But this didn’t really hinder the experience because, as I said, there were plenty of spots to pop a car if needed

Wifi abit slow as I was there for work

I arrived after hours and everything was organised for me to find my room.

Bathroom outdated, I could hear snoring from the room next door and also noise from the air conditioning of the neighbours.

Roomy.

Floor was dirtyHand basin too small.

Great service getting in. Parking is fantastic

No effort made to clean room. Bed was on wheels and moved easily when you sat on it, revealing dirt, dust and hair
