Great Location. Very central to Coolangatta beach & Rainbow Bay. Also a short walk to Tweed Heads shops.

Nothing negative. Only fault was one of the bedrooms had a fan only and no air con

One of the beds was a bit saggy and hurt my back, luckily it was a two bedroom apartment so I could switch.

The location is great. The pool and spa were our favourites. The pool temperature was so nice for autumn. And the spa was nice and hot. The beds and rooms were satisfactory.

Only a few bin liners for a 5 night stay. But all else was great

Dirty, carpets never been vacuumed.Not a single smile from Reception staff in one week.

Ground floor apartment, very dated but cleanish. Your paying for location not for a modern comfortable room. Pool was a hit with family but pick your times as it gets busy. The parking underground was not always secure they left the automatic garage up for long periods of time which resulted in same random person not staying in the building taking our dedicated car space overnight. The receptionist woman could do with some positive customer service training.

Location was excellent. Could walk across the road to the beach. A few minutes walk to restaurants, shops etc

The bathrooms probably need an update, but everything was in working order.

Fantastic apartment: super spacious, bright, extremely clean, comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, really nice bedrooms and overall a great place to live and relax. Beautiful pool with spa. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back again.

Management was very nice and helpful upon arrival. Apartment was actually ready before 2pm which made our check in super smooth and easy. We really appreciated it. Only negative note, we were there for a sport event and one of the girls didn't have keys with her as we were all on a different schedule, however she was told that giving an extra key just to open the door for a few minutes was going to cost 50$ extra, so a bit disappointed in that instance. Other than that, what a great stay!

Pool was nice enough

COCKROACHES - MASSIVE Cockroaches. Got some grumbled excuses from the staff about how everyone in the area is having problems with them right now. They were grouchy as soon as I arrived because I was early; even though I was only there because I received a text message to say that my room was ready. The furniture was worn out and stained. There was still rubbish from previous guests, including medication and loose candy in the coffee table drawer. My room was on the ground floor at the end with a path between the building entry and the BBQ area wrapping around it, so people were walking by every single window and could look in at me. I had to leave two days early because the cockroaches were ignoring the traps I bought and actually chased me. I requested a partial refund on checkout, given the circumstances, and the onsite manager said they had to defer to someone else, but I never heard any more after that.

Location was perfect, very central to beaches, shops and restaurants. The pool was lovely and the big bbq outdoor area.

The stairs with a toddler. The room was very average and outdated in style. The balcony screen doors kept falling off/faulty not rolling properly. Lots of cockroaches throughout the apartment even in the microwave.

Great location. Comfortable accomodation. We received an upgrade that was unexpected and so much appreciated.

Its location

We recently stayed in Apartment 42 and, while the location was great, the apartment itself had some drawbacks. The biggest issue was the smell—both the bottom floor and the main shower upstairs had a persistent odor that made our stay less comfortable. Given the age of the apartment, it could benefit from some updates and refitting to improve the overall experience.That said, the space was functional, and the location in Coolangatta was convenient for accessing the beach and local amenities. With some maintenance and upgrades, this apartment could be a much better option for future guests.

The pool and spa area is great. The location is fantastic for a family to walk to Coolangatta shops and Greenmount beach and Rainbow Bay.
