Reflection on the Sea

The view, swimming and spa pool:

We stayed in Unit 301, the unit isn’t at all luxurious like the photos you see promoting the apartments Very battered and run down, marks on walls, chips out of skirting boards very disappointing.You get what they call a starter pack the dish cloth was a thin chux cloth that looked like it at be used before, not a new one. You get one tea towel for the staycation and one towel each, no pool towels, so you are continually washing towels. The rubbish bin looks like it’s never been washed, the patio doors had finger marks all over it, the outdoor furniture was dirty with stained cushion covers.Walk outside to head to the beach and the automatic doors open and all you can smell is Urine from people urinating overnight. Very disappointed and not worth the money they want to charge.

Pool area boring, needs more trees plants and shaded areas. The Pool table was good but the pool queues (sticks) need repair and new tips.

Carpet needs a clean, smells and dusty.

Location is great and just a few steps from the beach. Many restaurants and shops close by. The ocean view was stunning as we were on the 15th floor.

Nice and open, enough space for our little family and grandparents to comfortably stay all together

The living area was extremely bright as it only had very sheer curtains on the floor to ceiling windows. The sun came it very very early and made the living area and main bedroom very hot and uncomfortable. The bedding was also very basic and not properly set up so we were constantly having to readjust the bedding through out our stay.

Location- proximity to the beach, shops and cafes.The majority of the staff were friendly and and wanting to ensure my experience was positive.

I stayed at Reflections in 2024 and was satisfied. Given the price of this apartment without any cleaning or linen renewal, I am disappointed with my stay.Apartment allocated was next to the pool, no privacy and had to close blinds to achieve any privacy and reduce constant noise from the pool. This reduces seaside view amenity considerably. 3 families extremely loud at 7am one morning and another evening loud partying until 9pm. I was offered to move after 3 nights when another apartment became available but moving a whole family at that point was impracticable. High chair did not arrive although confirmed it was booked, no knowledge of that and then a 3 delay in receiving the chair. Workman in front of my balcony one morning without notice. Pans unsuitable for use. Kitchen tap was broken I asked for maintenance to attend and they never came. There was mould on the ceiling and one of the external chairs. Curtain partly derailed. Impossible to control light infiltration. I was unwell and expected to be able to rest. That was not my experience.

Amazing view of the sea and brilliant location - short walk to the shops, restaurants, and beach across the road. The unit was a lovely layout and nicely appointed with bedrooms and ensuits either side of the main living area with amazing sea views.

It was a beautiful unit but there were a couple of small things that needed attention which you would expect from any place that was getting a bit older - ie electric socket in the second bathroom.

The first receptionist was not very friendly or helpful.The receptionist when we were leaving was lovely and friendly.

Couldn’t ask for a better view. Facilities were excellent, had everything we wanted. Location perfect with lots of restaurants, coffee shops etc all within easy walking distance

Amazing apartments for a work retreat. We have 2 x 2 beds and 3 x 3 beds and they were all lovely. The view is amazing. The sun warms the building in the morning so it's warm enough to open the balcony doors. Great restaurants and cafes near by. The beaches are the loveliest in the Gold Coast. The Greenmount Surf Club is great. Point danger is an epically good walk. It's not as busy here as surfers but if you're looking for a more refined experience you can't fault it.

One lift for 15 floors while the other is repaired, but it was manageable

Location was excellent unit was fantastic leave your car in car park you don’t need it it is central to everything

These investestors need to put money back into the properties, there are so many new fresh apartments available, for example fridge took 3 days to cool down , toilets several blockages , as toilets kept running and not filling , dishwasher intermittent works doesn’t ! .. if I’m paying $490 a night better be better than what I’m leaving ! Oh and the elevator 1 elevator operational 80 rooms .. shit show .. although the view was amazing sadly I won’t be back , guys there a lot of new places, you need to remain relevant

The location was great for accessing the surf breaks. Wonderful views.

The spa area of complex was a bit tired looking.

WiFi kept dropping out,Couldn't find the sauna,steam room Facilities were lacking compared to other places we stayed before.
