Buffet breakfast was excellent value for money

Small room that smelt a little damp. The was no cleaning of the room even after requesting our room be serviced, when paying over 160 dollars a night this should be part of the service, no late check out available.

Love the location of the property and convenience to have restaurants and other facilities close by.

Some staff were rude in the manner they spoke.

Several issues with the accommodation, taps had to be put in specific spit to turn off that wasn't in the (off postion) microwave broke (but was replaced) extractor fan in the bathroom dodnt work. There wasn't a sofa bed as detailed, had to get a roll in spare bed for our daughter which was a single and she is young so couldn't sleep in it incase she rolled. Alot of uneven ground in the pool area near the spa, my daughter tripped Several times. Spa had tiles missing,

Our first time to Kingscliff and we absolutely loved our stay. The room was amazing spacious and had all the facilities including the washing machine, dryer kitchenette and plunge pool - perfect when travelling with children. The resort pool was great and we enjoyed having the sand at the pool for our daughter to play. Great location to walk to the restaurants, cafes and beach. The hotel staff were all helpful and friendly. We wish we could’ve stayed longer but we are really looking forward to returning soon!

Would love the bar to be open after 5pm near the main pool.

Staff were rude and not very helpful at all.

Fridge wasn’t working properly , property clearly needed some updates and love and the fact that you can’t get any room delivery after 8pm not great. Young staff and very very rude

Overall the property is great. Definitely needs some maintenance around the pool areas in particular

The most bizarre part of our stay was the fact that there was no outdoor furniture on our balcony. Just a single chair on its own with no table or additional chair. Despite mentioning this we were unable to get anything additional which was very weird.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly (dirty toilet, dusty, dirty classes, etc).Had to call twice to get fresh towels for the room.Had to wait for staff at the reception to get pool towels, and no bin for used towels.

Lot to unpack here. The room we had overlooked the pool. It was spacious with a separate bedroom. The bed was pretty good though my side had sagged a little. The bathroom was also spacious, clean and very functional and included a spa bath. The resort is also surrounded by local restaurants and the few we tried were excellent. The apartment also had a full kitchen so we were able to cook a couple of meals to save a bit of money. Our booking included breakfast at the inhouse restaurant. This was excellent and very hard to fault. Staff were also very good and extremely helpful.

The aforementioned bed really needed a mattress replacement though it was still usable even for an old bloke with a chronic sore back. The car park, while free, does have a lot of resident birds so resile yourself to having to do a car clean afterwards. Our front door had a tendency to jam though we managed to find a work around. All in all, not much to complain about really.

It was spacious and very well decorated.

The jacuzzi in the spa bath didn’t work, the bed frame made a very loud creaking noise every time I moved or rolled over in my sleep, and the couch was quite uncomfortable to sit on.

The pool area was excellent. Reception staff were extremely helpful.

The birds in the car park. What a nightmare. We bought a bucket and cleaning products to wash our car everyday. Would have like a taller table for the veranda. No security screen on sliding door to veranda so we had to run air con more than we normally would.

Breakfast was good but the walking tracks were superb. The fruit was good and gluten free options for my partner were good. Eggs were well done too. The room we had was good and quiet, well placed and easy to find.

Pastries did not look fresh and looked as though they were made in the last few days. I think the breakfast we had 12 months ago was better! A better choice maybe.

Being a completely cashless hotel was a little annoying.

Bar closed very early, rates were high for the weekend we stayed.

Clean but showing signs of age. We liked being allowed to use the facilities before room was ready.

Too expensive. Bed was uncomfortable. Two coffee pods seemed very stingy. Pool didn’t look too clean and the smaller pool looked positively dirty. Too much light gets into the room from outside. Staff were very professional and helpful.

The resort has a beautiful pool. Clean and I nice temperature so we could swim even when the weather was ordinarily. The air-conditioning in the room is incredible quiet which was great.

There was nothing good about this resort from our room being one hour late given one drink voucher each that could get us terrible white wine that we don’t drink to ordering food that was completely wrong for over $70

This property is full of mould. It is not a five star hotel or resort. It looks like somebody sanded the whole door down and done construction and didn’t clean up. My partner got a splinter in a foot. I was promised a refund from the property. No one ever called me back. I’ve called over seven times and left six emails. No one will get back to me or refund my money. Food was gross. We lasted one minute there before we left and we’re told we’ll get a refund three weeks later nothing!

The beds and pillows are comfy but to soft for us so we didn't sleep well. The room a good size and we found the staff extremely cheerful and helpful. Would certainly book again and bring our own pillows. Vey quiet considering it was busy

The pool area was extremely crowded but it was a PH weekend.
