Room musty which got worse the longer stayed. Smelled from the outset but was disguised by cleaning products recently used. Our unit location was very far from lobby and facilities looking out on house across the road.

Clean tidy, comfortable & everything you need for dinning close by with a variety of restaurants.Close to beach.

Room wasn't ready when we arrived. Had to wait an hour for cleaning to be complete. Disappointing after a long drive.

Pleasant

It was a very long walk to the roomThe buffet breakfast was not on site and nothing was warm we did not really eat as most of it was even Luke warm

It was a good location with a short walk to places to eat. The room was nice but dated. Nice outlook over the resort. Parking was easy and accessible. Lovely big foyer to the resort which offered something to drink or a nice place to sit. Plenty of seating around the pool and the pool area looked lovely.

Room was overpriced and the resort still expected a bond for an overnight stay! The room needs a big freshen up for that price in my opinion. Young reception staff lacked personality that you would expect for a resort welcome! The jets in the spa bath in the room were broken and shot water out which could not be fixed so couldnt use the spa.

Apartment exceptional, bed and pillows so comfy. A really nice balcony. Very quiet garden view. Amenities lovely. Pool and pool area so relaxing.

The pool was a little dirty and had lots of slime on the edges.

The main pool had way too much chlorine in it that it hurt my children’s privates and also took the colour from there swimmers

We love that it’s a few minutes to visit the beach, cafes and somewhere we can get dinner from. The staff are friendly, the resort is beautiful. We were disappointed this visit as te view from our room was the carpark. In future visits we will make sure to request ocean or pool views.

There wasn’t anything we disliked.

Few broken appliances in room, but dusty. No good options for snacks outside of restaurant times

Location, lovely gardens and pool

Foyer carpets were all without exception visibly soiled , very off putting. Better to remove them than have stained carpet. The carpets in wing 7 looked visibly dirty in the hallways . My room shower was full of sand around the edges on check-in. I showed staff a video and mentioned it . They offered to clean but I preferred not to have the intrusion.

Love the location and facilities. Great place to just get away.

Apartment is a little dated and needs a bit of an upgrade. Still really enjoyed it so no complaints.

Room. Was not clean on arrival . All a bit run down . Matrass not comfortable and bedding old.

2 staff on were wonderful.

No smoking building has me walking half a mile out onto the street in the dark. Smoking area in car park needs to be better lit with cameras. Smoking is still legal in this country

The space of our room and the staff were attentive by providing extra pillow and towel for our toddler.

Floors were dusty like it hasn't been vaccumed properly.

Shower head in our room, broken sliding screens, carpet stains in room, bar never seemed to be open

Only bad thing I have to say about this property was the pillows need to be replaced. They were the worst pillows I’ve ever slept on other than that. Very happy.

Close to the beach, nice pool and plenty of restaurants close by.

Arrived at 11am and returned at the advertised 2pm check-in time, only to be left waiting for over three hours with no clear communication or realistic timeframe. I watched more than 30 guests check in ahead of me. Staff were dismissive when I raised concerns.Because the room wasn’t available during extreme heat, I had no access to refrigeration and had to throw out food. I also lost a large portion of what was meant to be a short two-day holiday, had to cancel plans, and incurred extra costs as a result of the delay.No apology or goodwill gesture was offered until I formally complained, at which point a partial discount was given. Overall, a frustrating experience and not reflective of the standards I expect from an Accor hotel. I won’t be returning
