Good size and clean unit close to the beach, restaurants, shops, clubs. Great view to the ocean and beach.

Ducted air-conditioning with one control for all rooms, which makes it too hot or too cold for one person.

Property had a nice view

For the price, the apartment is very run down. Furniture is sparing and not comfortable, balcony not clean, items in kitchen cupboards require cleaning. You are essentially paying for the location not the apartment.

It was very noisy (need to get double or triple glazing on glass)The beds only had sheets on them and in 2 of the 3 bedrooms when I went to get blankets from the wardrobes there were only mattress protectors! It was very overpriced for an old property. We stayed in a brand new serviced apartment in Broadbeach prior and it was cheaper than Reflections. We won’t stay here again. Receptionist was lovely.

Location and view are excellent. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. On site parking is very good.

Furniture in the room was terrible. Very old and worn, none of it matched. Extremely uncomfortable and dated.

Such a great spot. Very convenient and central to everything! Beautiful views. Massive space, lots to do & the apartment was lovely.

Bed, pillows, bedding could have been comfier!

Self-contained with coffee and sugar but no milk, salt, pepper. AC in gym not working/ sufficient.

Bed was too firm. Pool area too exposed to wind. Pool water was way too cold.

Room was very tired. Curtains were stained, clearly not washed. Carpet was worse than housing commission. Very dusty. Word of mouth is important. We won't recommend to anyone.

The apartment was freshly decorated and spotlessly clean.The location was fantastic close to shopping and many restaurants and of course just across the road from the beach. The apartment had everything you could want

Great views great location. Restaurants downstairs and shops. Great sized apartments. Had new lights in apartment and you could see a lot better.

The apartment we stayed in needed new pillows, & showers need retiling and regrouting.

room is a short distance from houso units next door, baby crying in houso unit all night, rubbish being dropped down chutes next door all night in houso units, rubbish view looked like surry hills alleys

Location was good.

There was renovations downstairs so scaffolding restricted photos.The spa in the room was not working (loose switches and no sealant around tub)Room had coffee sachets but no milk or sugar. Spent first hr of romantic getaway finding shop to purchase. Would also recommend a usb port device as was unable to charge phone.Room for 2 but 9 seats on balcony. Would suit more 2 sunbeds.For the price a 2 night stay was, I was a little disappointed. You're literally paying for the view.For fact you have to clean room prior to departure, a later check out should be given.

Location and the views were amazing

Renovations going on. Couldn’t use the pool as it’s very exposed to the wind on the 2nd floor and a bit inadequate/underwhelming. Spa was nice tho. Hard to find reception as they were around the back in Griffith st and your not told that before arrival. Also the parking garage was very confusing and needs better signage where to swipe keys for access. Water dispenser in fridge was broken, new windows were impossible to open and had to call staff to assist. Couldnt get tv to work as remote didn’t match tv, again had to call someone to come up on a Sunday, then finally found correct remote behind a pot plant.Small nit picky things that just took away from a nice stay

Nothing at all the apartment was old, dated and room was disgusting

Check in process, Rude and unhelpful staff especially lady with dark black hair. Didn’t catch her name but was not interested at all to discuss any of our concerns.

View, spacious dining lounge and kitchen and location was great.

Toilet didn't fill to flush a few times.
