Swimming pools Breakfast buffet
Clean, comfortable, big balcony, lovely trees and birds outside.
Must have been a very grand complex back in its day.
Breakfast was very good. The setting is amazing and the restaurant staff (Tanya) was top rate…friendly and accommodating.
The venue is very tired and in need of lots of TLC. The first room we were given had no electrical plugs working and no tv etc. the second room was fine.
The bed was comfortable and the bathroom allowed for a lovely bath.
There are areas of The Kooralbyn Valley that have been left run down, such as the feature 'horse' at the front entrance to the grounds. The paint is peeling off the horse that is symbolic of the country surrounds. This is tardy, and gives the impression of a 'don't care' attitude. I'm surprised the owners have allowed this, as this is what one sees in first approaching The Kooralbyn Valley. It would be lovely to see this fixed along with a few broken pavers on the grounds that could also make for trip hazards. Small improvements go a long way in showing pride and appreciation of such a property.
Large clean room.comfortable bed
The restaurant was pretty disappointing and the facilities and buildings need an update
The scenery was lovely, golf course was well maintained, wildlife was lovely and lively. Room was big and comfortable but not completed. EV charging stations was a big plus as was the walk to the tavern and little coffee shop down the road.
It was starting to show its age. A little TLC would bring it up a lot. Little things like cobwebs in the windows in the main breakfast restaurant, replace some decking, clean out the inside ponds and refresh with some plants and gold fish.Walk way is slippery especially on the steps, and looks all worn out. Finish the rooms so they are comfortable in all rooms. Golf course buggy path needs some work.

Food, not as described in the compendium menuThe staff, very rude and not able to help. The air con was noisy until I shut it off at 2am the toilet ran and refilled until I shut off the water at 2am. Mould on the shower curtain, light switch in the bathroom loose. Return air grille for AC caked in dust
Completely dissapointed with the place and will never pay monies to stay there again a complete rip
The room was outdated not even shampoo and conditioner provided the food in the restaurant was poor to say the least, 3 coffee machines in the place all not working the pool amenities were disgusting. Overall extremely dissapointing.
Lovely staff, good cafes and amenity in area! Nice buffet brekky.
The facilities were a little old and rundown. Gardens needed some tidying, bridges and decks needed some maintenance,
Location and view. It was good for kids and families.
Whole place in urgent need of renovation and a damn good clean. Very run down and in places just plain filthy.
Good environment, bad and old facilities. Employees are well, food is so so.
Beds were very comfy. Balcony was nice to sit on with a cup of tea.
Choice of herbal tea would have been appreciated. It was a bit c
The team were great and breakfast was good.
The upkeep of the grounds around the resort needs improvement .
Coming in from the GC, it was peaceful and just what I needed. The tavern was awesome and the buffet breaky.
Tv channels... need sports for the weekend rugby league of life.
Clean room that was well appointed. Comfortable bed and pillows. Room was a bit tired but still comfortable.Staff were very pleasant and the restaurant was fantastic- best steak I’ve had in a very long time!
Gardens and surrounds are very tired and need a good makeover. Repainting needed around the place but still a lovely place to stay.
The pool was nice and great for the kids loved the heated pool and beds were comfortable
Room smelt musky, dusty rooms and dirty, spa bath was broken, disappointing we used to stay quite a bit but as of recent the whole place is falling apart, toilets near pool area smelt horrid, dead cockroaches on restaurant floor, games room was not suitable for the kids can’t get a pram down, lights didn’t work, broken equipment, place definitely needs some maintenance and a clean up was quite dirty and disgusting.
Breakfast was fantastic! The pool and golf course were amazing. Access to kayaks. The kangaroo buggy tour but didn’t get to participate as it we had missed the Saturday night and only stayed one night.Pretty much a blokes retreat.
Very little shade at pool area, not many food options at pro shop other than sandwiches or pies. Incorrect information provided about markets on in Boonah on Sunday when they are actually on every 2nd n 4th Saturday of the month. 2hr n 15 min wait for food at the pub on the Saturday night.
The location, staff and the grounds of the hotel. Breakfast was amazing and the restaurant. Would highly recommend this hotel for a beautiful getaway from all the hustle and bustle of life. Truly a fantastic couple of days. I will definitely go back at the drop of a heartbeat.
Truly loved everything. From the friendly staff, clean large rooms, bathtub to relax and the grounds are amazing.
