Very Bad Motel.
Long term tenants constantly partying 24/7. Unsafe. Dirty. Woke up this morning to left over pizza in front of my door and beer bottles on the tables. would not recommend.
The room was clean and had everything we needed.The staff were excellent hosts and quick to resolve issues. The location was great since we were exploring the northern end of the Gold Coast.

No room service, and having to put up with the drunks next door fighting, and swearing all night.

Friendly staff . Convenient location. Room clean and tidy. Budget pricing but value for money
I stayed for 4 nights, on my 2nd night the guests next door argued , obscene language and TV very loud. Manager most apologetic. My last night on arrival back at 7.30 same issue again till 10.30 . I had the feeling that they were permanent or short stay guests. This was a negative as the rest of stay was pleasant.
The motel was easy to find, there was a car park right outside the room
