Modern room and great location across from the broadwater

The aircon was moldy, management made aware

The pool and spa were heated which made getting into them so much easier.

Would have preferred a higher level room.

Two en-suites, ideal for privacy and convenience

The pool was much smaller than expected. The living room felt a bit cramped

The location was fabulous. The view from the balcony, amazing. The gentleman caretakes/manager (not sure which) was extremely helpful and pleasant. Had an issue with the sliding door lock but he had this fixed pronto.

Grumpy lady on reception. Apartment could do with a thorough clean. Appears only a quick-flick method of cleaning is undertaken.

Great location, pool looked lovely but did not go for a swim maybe next time, great views from my room.

Great location close to the beach, shops & light rail. Amazing views from 35th floor. Very clean & tidy unit.

The wait time for the lifts & sometimes 1 was completely out of action.

The place needs a very good clean. Stains on the curtains near the bed. Greasy kitchen utensils and kettle and cupboards. I couldn’t work the old dishwasher as all the labels had worn off around the knob. Mould in the air conditioner. Not a pleasant stay.

Location was great, washing facility is great also when staying for long periods! And the free parking is a bonus.

No other toilet in the facility accept your room which is not great if your by the pool and desperately needing to go. Room was dusty and not clean, mould on the lid of the Ac unit which I ended up cleaning, the drains smelt foul. I think if you’re staying for long periods they need to provide extra shampoo, soaps and towels. I think for what you’re paying the rooms need to be updated to reflect current pricing.

The apartment has good size and view. The swimming pool and spa are perfect ?

Couldn't find a hairdryer. I could not figure out how to use the TV.

The location is great, the pool is lovely, great to be able to have on site parking, it was very full but we managed to find a spot each time we came back from being out, late check in was very easy. We chose for the location and small kitchen (which we didn’t use), close to the main hwys to get to family easily and it was quick to get to them.

The cleanliness was extremely disappointing. I had to request a re-vacuum and re-mop, the tiles were slimy, which the staff happily did straight away (and they did replace the cooker unit, the one in the pic was the original) and apologised but the apartment was not clean. We didn’t want to turn the fan on and we used the aircon sparingly as we were worried about the cleanliness of the filters which made for a very hot stay. The mattress was hard and the pillows not comfortable. We got takeaway one night and had left overs, opened the fridge and I had to clean it before putting the containers in, (sorry no pic) we looked at the microwave to reheat and didn’t bother touching it so threw the food away. We didn’t dare use the kettle or toaster. We got an apartment to be able to save a little on takeout, we usually have cereal or toast for breaky but we didn’t feel comfortable eating or using anything in the place. The balcony was very dirty so we didn’t go out and sit on the chairs either. There was so much dust behind the tv (sorry no pic but worse than the fake plants). Yellow drip marks on the bathroom cabinet and the toilet seemed like it was barely touched with any cleaner at all on the inside (sorry no pic). I’m all for basic accomodation but it needs to be clean and this wasn’t.

The Pool & Spa were excellent. The View was great. It was quiet.

I/my wife and I have stayed several times, we love the location, the view over the Broadwater and the staff that are always accommodating.

Only in my particular unit and not as a reflection of building as a hole , there was one internal wall that looks like it requires some repair, the a/c in the bedroom may require a re-gas or replacement and ( I found ) the bed to be showing its age and hard. I want to make it perfectly clear these units are privately owned ( individually) and not all owners hold themselves to the same level of ownership. This is not a true reflection of the building as a whole and is only my opinion. Overall we have always enjoyed our stays and will continue to stay.

Accommodation was comfortable. Enjoyed free secure parking, wifi and Foxtel.

The cleaners could have done better.
