This was the most fantastic accommodation of my entire trip in terms of stay, location (water front) and the staff at the reception was a very nice young boy and was very cooperative and understanding. He should be rewarded.

Nothing to complaint at all.

The location was perfect for us to travel to the GC500 everyday and back, bus stop was close and we could walk most everywhere. The pool was lovely and refreshing after a long day at the dusty races. It was exactly what we needed, a place to sleep after days spend out.

The fan in the bedroom didn't work. But it wasn't a major problem, we just slept with the balcony door open for some cool air.

Location, spa

Staff knew there was going to be a powercut from 9 am to 4pm and didnt even tell us in advance. The filthiest cushions and linen ever. Dirty bathroom and behind the drier.

Peaceful and a very good location.

A little more attention should be paid to the cleaning of the oven and cooker hood ( Unit 15), they were very greasy.The net curtains in the lounge need washing. The bedroom curtains need rehanging as they were difficult to use properly.

Love a balcony to relax on and view water. Eaasy to access car park. Light and airy in common areas.

-No dishwashing liquid and we're supposed to wash dishes after the stay. -Kitchen was handy

The location

There was absolutely no storage for clothes, no drawers or shelves or hangers.The furniture was old and dirty!

Good location, friendly staff, great balcony

No clock on wall , or clock radio . Even though it was only my husband & myself, there were only 3 wine glasses, 1 coffee mug, but 4 tea cups, 1 tall glass & 3 or 4 smaller glasses. There was also no instructions on how the clothes dryer worked ( I had never come across that style before)! & we found the instructions for the washing machine in a drawer in the lounge. These were only minor discrepancies but made life a bit difficult. Especially as we had friends over for dinner.

Ideal location with a sea view and close to everything. Property was clean and the pool and spa were usable. A comfortable place to stay and the manager was very friendly.

Resort it isn’t as we had to pay for 2 extra towels to use for the pool as there was only 2 towels supplied for our entire stay. The pack supplied which contained 1 shampoo & 1 conditioner, 1 sachet of laundry powder, 6 satchels each of coffee n sugar and 1 roll of toilet paper which wasn’t even a full roll doesn’t cut it for 2 people staying 8 nights! Nothing in the fine print about this being a once off pack!

Convenient location and convenient setup.

No pedestal fan as the air con doesn’t cool the bedroom like the rest of the apartment

they don’t prioritise maintenance or cleaning here Hallways stunk of weed and was incredibly stuffy, I did see the hallways getting vacuumed regularly though The Room looked clean apon first look but didn’t take long to find out it wasn’t, insides of cupboards are all filthy. Walls all have marks on them, blinds and all broken and don’t close properly, oven fan sounds like a tractor and cuts in and out, balcony sliding door isn’t on its track properly and is difficult to open and close There was rubbish and filth under the couch and bed looks if it hasn’t been cleaned in months bathroom had mould and stains all down the tiles was also grime all in the shower needs a very good clean not just light going over The Sheets also had sand and what appeared to be bugs in them which we had To clean out ourselves, the quilt cover was also stained and needed a good wash also was only given half a roll of toilet paper for 7 nights Was given no dishwashing liquid or dishwasher tablets for the 7 nights we were here There Also was no games room like what was in the pictures isn’t as advertised I’d book elsewhere

location of the property was perfect and made everything convenient for our trip. Being a short drive away from all of the theme parks made it easy for us get to where we needed to go

There are multiple things that I was unhappy about in regards to this property and my stay: 1. The “welcome package” that supplied only one roll or toilet paper for a 6 night stay and a note explaining there was a supermarket up the road.2. The blind that immediately broke upon opening. We spoke to reception as soon as we could on Monday and were assured that it would be fixed on Tuesday as they would have a maintenance worker in. This was not fixed until Friday, leading for us not having full privacy in the lounge room and kitchen of our apartment for our entire stay.3. The bathroom while appearing clean on first glance was not and clearly needs a deep disinfect/clean from head to toe. Not only was the air duct caked in dust to a point where it did not work, but the tracks of the shower door were covered with mould. This was quite off putting and had us considering our stay from the get go4. Additionally in the bathroom, the tap of the sink was both leaking and water was not flowing properly (spraying out as opposed to flowing as a normal tap would)5. The bedroom wall had an ominous stain on it, suggesting that it is not cleaned properly after each stay

I liked the layout and the attentiveness of the staff and how easy it was to rectify any little issue

Great location right on the water. Great facilities

Unit is a bit on the small side for a family.

I liked that it had a balcony. Good secure parking and security.

- The cleanliness of the room was definitely not up to standard. Dirty and wrappers/tissue was in between the sides of the sofa cushion. The sofa bed does NOT hold together and you fall down the middle. Also under the sofa bed was filthy photos provided. - The back spare bedroom was so hot no windows or ventilation. - The corridors smell like weed at times, hot tub was not very clean with gross bits floating in it (dead skin) and lime scale all in it clearly not been cleaned for a while. The side of the hot tub also falls off. Pool also looks green.

I think how big the room was, nice sized kitchen with lots of cooking utensils. Nice sized tv area with lots of channels and movies to watch, so overall it was good

It was hard to find someone at the reception as times that it was supposed to be open someone wasn’t there

Excellent price for last-minute booking for a family. Loved the spa :) It's just a walk away from breakfast, lunch, and dinner places and right across the road from the beach.

The balcony view and location is the best part of the stay. You get to use a pool. The staff were friendly.

The bed and couch was not comfortable. On arrival the shower floor was greasy and felt not cleaned and we had hair of some sort within our sheets. I would recommend better cleaning practices and supplying cleaning and dishwashing products.
