Bayview Waters Apartments

Nò lifts.We were on the 3rd floor.My husband is disabled and I have a bad back only made worse by the stairs.There was no offer of any assistance with luggage.There was no hairdryer,no tissues and no liners in bins we were supposed to empty.

Overall, we had a good stay at the apartment and everything was mostly great. The place was comfortable and well set up.Aside from these minor issues, everything else was perfect, and we enjoyed our time there.

However, we did experience some ants and cockroaches during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the toiletries provided were not sufficient for the length of our stay.

Spacious, clean, self contained with washing machine and under cover secure parking, The property has good facilities and is close to shops, about 10 mins walk and also close by to beach, about 5 mins walk away. The unit is in a very good quiet location and not far by car, from Harbour Town Shopping Centre and Southport broadwater.

There was nothing I disliked about the place. My only comment is that the internet was very slow to download movies. There was palpable lag. Made it difficult to watch movies at night on the provided Foxtel. It would be useful if that was upgraded.

Great location for our needs. Very spacious and lovely clean apartment. Parking was easy to access. There is no lift, but that didn't bother us. Good place to stay.

Everything was as expected.

Location was great close to all amenities that we needed. Staff were very helpful room was a great family size great parking, nice and quiet. Room had everything we needed. Great easy access from parking to our room.

The kitchen was well equipped so cooking full meals was easy.

At times it would have been nice to have a lift as we were on the top floor, but the owner had made it clear it was stairs access only when booking. It was the only very minor negative in an overall terrific stay.

There is no elevator and a LOT of stairs.

Good sized apartment with all that you would require. Foxtel good. Internet good. Bedrooms and bathrooms good. Parking and access good.

Having to use stairs may be an issue.

The location was good and area nice and quiet.

The apartment was tired and a little run down. Curtain almost falling off, fridge sounded like helicopter taking off at times, and tv would never hold a signal for long. We only had four towels for a week, with four people and a swimming pool on site. we had to keep washing the towels. Coffee cups were stained, and the place was only average clean.We enjoyed the stay, but not a lot of attention to detail gone into this apartment as it needs a renovation.

It was a good location nice apartment with good pool view . Beds were comfortable. Easy parking

Noticed the railings at the top were loose which could be very dangerous for little ones needs to be repaired

Close to grocery shops and convenient to theme parks. As well as good distance to Surfers Paradise. Nice pool and spa area. Good sized apartment.

No lift

Was a great location for us. The appartment had everything we needed and the pool was sparkling and very enjoyable.

There is no elevator, this was a problem for one of us as they struggled to walk up the 4 flights of stairs.

The apartment was clean and had aircon in the living area and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The kitchen had enough crockery and cutlery plus plenty of space. The TV and Foxtel made it easy to watch almost anything.

Really the only complaint I could make is that the deadlock on the door wasn't working, so we had to use the door handle lock which isn't as secure but nothing happened so it's very minor.

The unit was very clean and tidy. The view from our balcony was picturesque. My young daughter loved using the pool. The beds were comfortable. The gentleman working the desk was extremely helpful and even called letting us know that the unit was ready if we wanted to check in early. We have plans to book again next year. Great value for money.

Mattress did seem very thin when sitting on the bed, but sleeping on it was fineLocation was great, cafes in walking distance

There was an odour in the stair well, a musty damp smell

We had a lovely 2 day break..very peaceful, and the unit had a beautiful view of the canal water. Alex, the manager was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was spacious with a rear balcony looking onto the garden, pool and lagoon. Clean with a great TV, internet and Foxtel. Furniture ok and good fridge. Good air conditioning to lounge and kitchen.

No Air conditioner to master bedroom. Ceiling fan only and at night given it faced the street one needs to close the sliding door and blind on to bedroom balcony otherwise no privacy. And with blind closed and door open it knocks against the window and fly screen. So the bedroom quite stuffy and warm on hot nights. A little noisy in the bedroom as the apartment near the street corner on busy Bayview Street and over underground garage driveway. The bedroom was on the top storey so three levels to climb from the basement car park.
