Brilliant location. Staff on the front desk were welcoming.

The apartment was dirty. The beds were uncomfortable. The door handles to the balcony door was broken, the handles on the fridge and freezer pulled off in your hands when you opened them. We also ran out of toilet paper, when we realised one of us quickly ran downstairs (whilst the other was still on the loo) to get another roll, to be told we have to go to the shop to buy them. The doonas had no covers on them, which is fine but they were badly stained with colours that leave little to the imagination.

It was a little noisy at night but not noise from the hotel- street noise

I liked the foyer it's very tranquil. The location is great. The bed was comfy in master bedroom.

The couches were too low. The single beds need updating. King single would be better for tall children or young adults. The ceiling fans are old. Noisy on high and rattle. The only air-conditioning is in the lounge room but the couch is so uncomfortable I didn't want to sit in the lounge room.

The Atrium resort is located in a beautiful spot away from the hustle & bustle but close to shops and theme parks. The facilities were great, our 2 teens loved the games room, rooftop pool and tennis court. The views from the balcony are incredible and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Rooftop BBQ was great for easy dinners. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the downstairs cafe has great coffee and food at reasonable prices.

This accommodation was definitely not a 4 star and did not have facilities to qualify as a resort.The beddings had stains and then, when requested, was exchanged for another stained one.The kettle in the kitchen was old and had black stains on the inside. Upon notifying staff, instead of replacing, they just scrubbed the " build up" and gave it back to us. The dishes in the kitchen were dirty - we had to rewash them to use it.The small cafe only served till 2pm and the roof top pool could not be used in thr evening as there was no lighting even though the reception informed that it is open at night There was also no phone in the room to contact reception, and yet again, when I informed the staff, no action was taken The inside of the building was dull and very outdated Would not stay here again and surely will not recommend to others

The location is definitely the highlight—right across from the beach, which was beautiful and convenient. However, aside from the great location, the overall experience didn’t quite meet our expectations.

The bed in our room was extremely stiff, as there was no proper mattress, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. We asked if it was possible to change rooms or get a new mattress, but the receptionist gave no response or effort to assist, which was disappointing.One of the biggest issues was the lack of basic room service. We stayed for three nights, but only received a very small bottle of shampoo—barely enough for one night—and there were no rubbish bins or bags provided to dispose of waste properly.While our room had a view, it was quite noisy due to the traffic passing right outside. The car park was also a challenge to use—it’s very narrow, and the key fob system is awkward. The fob is on the right side when entering and when exiting, you have to tag the fob 10–20 meters before the gate, which is easy to miss and requires reversing back—not ideal.

Location

The facility was very dirty. There was a constant smell of urine throughout the building. The kitchen cabinets and appliances were sticky. We stayed for 5 days and could not get cleaning service.

The only good thing was the view. Everything else was below expectation and a big disappointment

The TV in the living room did not work. The replacement they eventually provided had no remote control. The oven and toaster had not been cleaned and was filthy. The carpet was full of marks and stains. There was no air conditioner in any of the bedrooms making them hot. So, we had to move the 2 single beds into the living room so that we could have the air conditioner. Why not state this in the room description before you book? If I had known this, I would not have booked. The cooktop was difficult to use, and we had to call housekeeping to assist. Why not provide instructions in the apartment? Eventually we worked out that you could not use any of the frying pans in the apartment as they did not allow the induction cooktop to work. We could only use saucepans to cook breakfast. Have you ever tried cooking bacon and eggs in a saucepan not a frypan? So, disappointing this place. The manager at the front desk faked that she was at all concerned about our complaints. I really should have been offered some money back for this terrible experience, but she was not that interested in addressing our concerns.

Very spacious and well laid out apartment with big balcony and great views. Choice of two poles rooftop with lovely pool and views. If too windy up there, the pool at the back was sunny with shaded areas.

The bathrooms need some simple updates like replacing rusty cabinets handles and updating shower mixes. Would be great if the ground level spa was hot and the rooftop one has been fixed.

Clean and accessible to all shops and parks. Complete amenities.

The unit was in a lovely position and we liked that there was a cafe on site. It wasn’t easy to get our child around outside, in the wheelchair but we managed . once we got him inside it was okay. The light directly outside the door shone into the bedroom , and even with the curtain closed it was so bright you didn’t need a light in the room, this also made it hard to put our child to sleep. The curtains in the master bedroom were broken and needed pegs to hold them together. Apart from that we did like the unit. We wouldn’t hesitate to book there again.

Good location, noisy busy street though

The oven hadn't been cleaned and was dirty. Tap over sink needs fixing. The whole unit needs a good scrub. Nice layout and furnishings. Fridge is inconvenient in the dining room.

The location was brilliant. Gorgeous view of the ocean. Close to the beach and shops.

The night roadworks kept me awake for two out of five evenings. They started at 10pm and went until 4:30am.

Multiple pools, rooms good size. Front desk helpful.

Had renovations occurring on floor above during the stay which were so loud we couldn’t hear each other talk. We weren’t informed about these before our stay.
