The staff were super friendly, the manager who let us in late on the first night realised we were a family of four who were going to squeeze into one bed and offered us a trundle free of charge which he immediately set up for us wit spare linen.

No it was clean and very comfortable

The staff were friendly and helpful and the location is good near some restaurants and woolworths

It’s above a pub that sucks you into the pokies really easily and the rooms were very outdated with outdated technology

Convenient location due to work

Reception locked had to wait for someone to come out from the pub. All furnishings are very old and outdated. Towels were not changed, bins were not emptied each day. Thankfully I had ear plugs as it is a very noisy area.

Value for money. Clean rooms. Friendly staff and environment. Midway between the Gold Coast and Brisbane CBD

To be honest I have absolutely nothing negative to say. This is at least the third time I have stayed here and won't be my last that's a fact.

The bar staff were friendly

Everything, the check in was a crappy experience, the room is extremely dated, no water pressure, very little hot water, mouldy bathroom, broken hairdryer.

Close to a supermarket & main road

Broken fridge shelving, no towel rack, main door didn't seal when closed, air conditioning on wall was very noisy with broken fins, hole in wall behind door

It was nice and close to the Logan City Hospital to visit my son and my other son’s brother and to be close by when he passed away yesterday afternoon on the 28/11/2025

The room had clearly not been cleaned properly, especially behind the beds and bedside tables. Ceiling in bathroom mouldy and shower tiles grubby. Room nothing like we had looked at on the website and very outdated. Bed uncomfortable and rolled away from the wall . Very disappointed for the money we paid for it. Way over priced and it’s sad that at a time you just want to go back to a nice clean and relaxing place to put your feet up after a traumatic day at the hospital with your son who is about to pass away, you have no choice but to pay that sort of money for accommodation.

The food downstairs was excellent. The room was spacious.

The beds were awful, the aircon barely cooled the room. The bathroom was full of mould.

Only thing I want to say is the cleaners knocked on our door more than an hour before check out and woke me and my partner up after a big night so I didn't appreciate that.

It was convenient as it's near Logan hospital.Very little else......

It was unclean & not at all pleasant.

Quite isolating for a solo traveller, with no communal areas other than the bar

No fresh air -no openable windows Alarm went off midnight first night - no explanation.

Bad

Room was not properly serviced, toilet still had waste in it, test and tag was over 9 months past due, cupboard had a broken handle, and when I spoke about no hot water nothing happened, couldn't wash for the whole week.

The staff. They were so skilled, friendly and professional. We also enjoyed an excellent meal. Thank you so much.

Couldn't find fault. Our accommodation was such good value and the staff made us feel welcome.

Good size room. Easy to get ahold of staff when needed. Restaurant down stairs and pokies. Walking distance from Woolworths, there’s a MacDonald and other food places across the road too.
