Kallangur Motel

It was clean, and facilities were adequate. The staff were friendly. There was a small shopping centre, a pub with excellent meals, a cafe and fast food within sight of the motel. It is also close access to all of north Brisbane.

The rail on the stairs finishes one step early. This makes it easy to forget the last step if you are not paying attention.

The beds are good and shower was clean pressure was good peacefully place

Need smart TV

Good motel. Very clean.Proprietors are professional and kind people.

The location. The cleanliness. The room layout - loved the upstairs area. Easy parking. Quiet.

The low pressure of the shower.

Very clean, quiet and close to the airport for an early start. Meals good at the club next door.

No under cover car parking there have been hail storms recently which was concerning. Very big storm that night but no hail.

The room was comfy and very clean. The aircon was quiet and the beds were firm but comfortable.

The bathroom needs a lock on the door. There needs to be an extra shelf in the bathroom too.

Great convenient location.

Very comfortable bed. Great shower. Nice back sitting area

Superb

Broken toilet roll holder , soap holder in shower broken, shower could use a shower curtain

Close to our birthday venue!

We weren’t aware the extra bed would be upstairs in mezinanine floor

The fact it’s closer to the shops. It’s clean and affordable.

Room arrangements Comfy bedSeparate sleeping areas

Shower screen - way too small

I'd stay there again if...

OK, the place is fine. It's an older place, tired but clean, the price is right, the staff friendly and the location suited me perfectly. They were let down by a single problem, being the bad layout of the 'accessible' room I chose. I was unable initially to even access the excellent modern accessible bathroom. A friendly young man came and moved a couple bits of furniture for me so I could just squeeze my wheelchair between the bed and fridge to get through. The amount of scarring on the fridge shows me I am not the first to have this problem, but to be fair perhaps nobody has complained? The room just badly needs rearranging, that's all. In its current state I hesitate to recommend it as 'accessible'. The bathroom however is excellent, clearly newly renovated and well designed.

Very clean rooms, very comfortable

Nowhere to put suitcase. I realise there was a chest of drawers but didn’t want to unpack for 1 night.

It was easy check in after 6pm. The parking is right in front of the room. there is a pub right in front of the motel.

The service at the pub.

The accommodation was affordable and comfortable with close access to Scarborough (Brisbane).

Clean, comfortable and easy access to everything

Looked a little dodgy driving in, however the staff were lovely and the unit was immaculately clean and spacious. Location was great. It was quiet too. Would definitely stay here again.

Beds could've been a little more comfortable, but overall I was happy with my stay.

This room was perfect for us as we just needed somewhere to sleep whilst visiting family, the room was spacious and my son really enjoyed the loft, there was spare pillows and blankets in the room, shower was nice and hot, check in and out super easy. Woolies and maccas super close by within walking distance i’d definitely stay again

The following did not phase me but I just like to keep reviews accurate and honest- Some small holes in wall that had been patched but not painted, bathroom sink very small couldn’t put my toiletries/makeup anywhere

Large room

Truck at 2:30am. Window wouldn't lock

Easy to access after hours

The bed was a little too hard but was clean and tidy.
