Staff really lovely. Neat and tidy. Food at the restaurant exceeded expectations! Very nice!

Loved the restaurant, the amenities here were excellent

The spa was ice cold, although maybe that's to be expected in August. The sauna was on and hot but spa and jets were icy cold.

Two bedroom suite wasn’t as expected. There were two rooms with beds, but no living area. Smelt strongly of curry.

I had room service dinner and breakfast the meals were fantastic. The meals come to the room right on time. Sunny was great very welcoming. Had a nice overnight stay. Will definitely be returning

If I had to picky the window silly was dirty and draw in bathroom needed a clean on the inside. But the room was spotless

The upstairs suite had excellent beds. Good meals at the restaurant. Friendly staff.

There was a strange smell throughout the suite. The blinds are noisy if the windows are open. The shower is very slippery (later I found there was a non-slip mat we could have used).

We had a "2 bedroom ", yes there were 2 rooms. The main bedroom was fine but the 2nd bedroom had 2 single beds and the table for eating if required. The 2 bedroom was a converted section of what was the managers residence divided up. What was the laundry was converted to a kitchenette with a fridge and no sink. If you needed to wash dishes, you did it in the bathroom vanity???? If someone was showering and another used the separate toilet, there was nowhere to wash your hands. Not suitable for elderly as there is a need to climb steep stairs to get to room. No wheelchair access, something you would need to check prior to booking if needed.

Modern, clean and comfortable motel. Comfy bed, nice shower. A good standard and breakfast to the room was good.

Check inn and out was perfunctory. No issue but certainly not made welcome.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Having the IGA across the highway is convenient. Onsite parking. Onsite restaurant, while not open every night, was very convenient to eat at on the night of our arrival. Bathroom very clean. Miles has a really fabulous Historical Village just down the road which is worth a visit. Half an hours drive from Chinchilla for anyone attending Melonfest.

We stayed in an upstairs apartment and there was a dining table for 4 but only two knives, forks, spoons, cups, mismatched plates etc. Some light bulbs blown. Aircon settings restricted. Pool looked green and uninviting.

Our family room was of a strange design with an open “corridor” whilst it was secure and the manager assured us that the other door )appeared to be an interconnected door) was not in use, perhaps the Motel could look at some reconfigured design to make it appear more private.

Location was perfect, the beds were very comfortable, had bowls so we could have our own breakfast in the morning. Bathroom & shower was big. Other than traffic the location was quiet, straight across the road was an IGA. Also it had a pool which was great to relax in after a long drive.
