Miles Outback Motel

Room was quite spacious as was the wet area. Undercover parking with roller door was appreciated.

The room was properly equipped. There was only one set of cutlery and one item was missing. A second full set was provided when asked. It was not until morning when we realised that there were no plates or bowls; fortunately we had some of our own.

Room was spacious and clean. Although next to a service station, it was quiet. Our room backed onto a back street and was easy to come and go. Bed and pillows were super comfy.

Nothing could have been better!

Had a great stay here. The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient and quiet, which made it easy to relax. Definitely one of the better motels I’ve stayed at—would happily come back.

Room was comfortable

The noise of the guys in the rooms around me and to wake up to a deliberately let down tyre. Manager of the motel was not helpful at all and would not show me the video surveillance which proves it was let down deliberately (this was after i poked my head ou the door to ask the guys to quieten down!!)

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Meal at Queensland hotel ?, rear unit very quiet.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The manager was courteous, helpful and efficient.

Convenient for travellers, pet friendly and friendly staff.

Friendly receptionist, moved me to room not in middle of smokers. Suggestion of nearby place to dine..

Great friendly staff,I arranged an early check in at 1.00pm and they had everything ready,rooms were clean completely and comfortable!!!Love lady at desk was cheerful and more than willing to help in any way,which is always a relief after driving all day!!I would recommend this motel to people,no doubt!!It’s also much quieter than the other motel,being the swagman!!!Thanks lady’s for the great stay??

Super friendly and helpful. Greeting was really understanding of the journey some of us take to get to the places we visit. Engaging and even had the teenagers involved in conversation. Great fun.

Nothing except maybe turn off the weather.

New management needs to focus more on cleanliness. But rooms in general are comfortable and good value.

The enclosed garage was very handy considering the weather was inclement. The hotel is close to dining facilities..

There wasn't anything extra that was needed.

Size of the room was good, staff friendly.

Online, showed a garage space to lock up belongings. Thiese were not available to us. Expectedt a separate bedroom ( we booked for 5 people to get the extra space ) but all beds were together in the living space. Door didn't lock .

Lovely staff, very clean room and a great location. I travel by motorcycle so the lock up garage attached to my room was very much appreciated. 2 minutes walk to the Q Hotel that does great meals.

Nothing to not like

The staff were amazing to communicate with. We had our dogs with us and had to do an after-hours pick up, and the wonderful lady at the desk was so accommodating.The hotel is really conveniently located on the side of the highway. We were able to just pop in for a stay on our road trip.

We DID NOT get to stay at Miles Outback Motel because when we arrived the room only had a single bed

There was only a single bed so the room was canceled and your company was advised , I am still waiting for a refund of $ 130 .
