Cons -
- Can't fault it

- The insect screens had big tears in them so doors and windows couldn't be left open. The apartments are very dated but we understand they are in the process of upgrading them

New unit which modern and fresh.

Beachfront location. TV had streaming services which was very good and a lovely surprise. We used to stay there when we had a caravan and always liked it.

We stayed in a beach front villa. Almost new, spacious, clean and well equipped. Cafe close by was excellent.
I think r web site is misleading, sea views it said. Rubbish from villa no 2 we had a view ofcampsit
Found half eaten pizza in our fridge, which I took to reception.
Villa we stayed in was beautiful and loved the beach shack to watch the sunset. Restaurant served a fantastic breakfast. Will definitely be back.
Close to the beach. Pool is great. BBQs were clean and easy to use. Beds were comfy. Excellent wifi.
People can see through blinds in kitchen at night and we were right near the walkway/bins. Shower was too harsh and difficult to control the flow and temp. We could hear the chairs scraping across the floor in the apartment above. No fry pan - only electric frypan and this was not in a clean condition to use.
We had an apartment looking over the beach, it was very nice, beds were comfy, staff were amazing. The little Beach Bar was so beautiful at sunset.
The only thing was the apartment could do with a better clean. Beds, sheets and towels were fine, just the general area needed a good do over.
Stayed one night and fantastic sunset to watch, needed cereal bowls in the kitchen! Was clean and comfortable but basis! Courtyard area needed a good clean as had cans left in corner and cigarette butts in a pott plant!
Was on the beach and quiet
Room was very small
Good sized, bright with loads of storage. Next to beach with pleasantly situated pool. Laundry facilities if required.
We were in number 10 and although clean with good furnishings could do with updating of kitchen tiles (many cracked and broken). Shower cubicle showing its age along with some of the cabinets.
Bed was comfy..no noise after 10 was great.
aircon was old made a lot of noise. fridge was so noisy I had to unplug it during the night. Couldn't turn shower taps on so couldn't shower. Television didn't work. Tea cups were stained.
Quiet
Room is very small, nowhere to put your suitcase and only a small shelf to put your clothes on. We didn’t like that you have to use the bathroom sink to fill the kettle or wash crockery in. Not much privacy from neighbours if sitting on your little deck. Aircon did not work well and because there are no windows in back of room or in the bathroom and chalet gets afternoon sun it gets really hot. We had to use the aircon as no windows which meant we couldn’t hear the ocean which is one of the main reasons we booked this place. Cool breeze if you open door in the evenings but then people walking past see you lying in the bed.No screen door so midgies come in of an evening when you have a light on. It is budget so price is fair, bathroom was ok but photos when booking made the whole place look far superior to what it was. It was very clean although worn.
Little sparse, could be made more homely but then it depends on what you are looking for. We are on a road trip so want good value for our £. The place has air con and 2 bedrooms. It was very clean as were the bedding and linens provided. We used the onsite cafe for breakfast which I have to say had been the best breakfast to date… I am writing this 9 days after our visit. May well call into the cafe on the way back down the coast
A little sparse. Just a small thing, no bottle opener and our bottles weren’t screw tops. ( lager not wine) Maybe install a wall mounted one, I’m sure these are the kinds of things that go walkabout.
What a great place. From the clean comfy accommodation, the yummy Cafe to the spectacular views. The perfect sunsets.
Location
Air conditioning in chalet bedroom. Staff on arrival. I went to check in and found that the service I received was rude and not welcoming. I explained I was in the process of receiving my new drivers license as it had been stolen. I was travelling for work in the company vehicle could produce my birth certificate, medicare, bank details, credit card all as validation of my identity. It was TOLD to me I needed photo Identification. It was not acceptable that I was then asked what if the police had picked me up. To check in for the night at your accomadation in my work uniform and been spoken to and treated the way I was I will not be staying there again and instead booked in Port Denison on my way back through which was 10 out of 10 for service.
The pool was nice.
The apartment above reception was not fit to be let out. There were stains on the bedding and pillows (rectified after complaining). The apartment was dirty and poorly maintained with holes in the walls, missing lampshades and switches missing and a light flickering in the bathroom. Considering how much we paid it was shockingly bad value for money. We couldn't wait to leave.
Great location, very friendly staff.
Old aircon system is very noisy, definitely time for an upgrade.
The transportable building they put me in should be condemned it smelt really bad in there. Felt like you’re gonna fall
