The chalet was huge and well-appointed. Big room, large kitchen. There is a deck out the front with patio furniture. It's very clean and very new.

We booked a Premium Chalet through booking.com. We were allocated a chalet at the back of the property near the road and not one of the chalets at the front. We checked the front chalets were available and less expensive than we paid.We were told that was because they charge more to cover the booking fee. That's a first for us.The chalets are new and well appointed apart from the fact they have no soap/shampoo in the bathrooms.They do not have a BBQ, you have to use the public one. It's a long way from the back corner where were stayed.There are unfriendly signs everywhere.We did a trip from Broome to Perth. This was the most expensive accommodation and the least welcoming.

Amazing layout of our 2 b/r cabin - spacious and modern. I understand the whole park is under 4 years old so all features and fixuters are new and fresh. Even camp sites have individual adjacent ensuite toilet /shower little cabins. Simply amazing park. About 4km from Kalbarri Town centre.

Rooms are goodStaffs are nice

1. Room doesn’t have washing machine. 2. The pool is not heated.3. Don’t expect wifi to work properly in the evening when every one is back to their room. Clearly the wifi router is not designed to fit the max capacity of the hotel.3. They request people to clean up the kitchen before leaving, which means the staff doesn’t clean the kitchen. Some of the plates are not clean at all so we have to wash the dishes and cups before using them

Good location and clean facility. The unit is spacious and great for family. However, the WiFi was not great.

Amazing…. We will definitely be back. Firstly, the rock pools down at Red Bluff point are amazing for kids and family adventures. The pool was filled with happy kids playing, the driveways covered with kids bike riding with friends and playing spotlight at night. Secondly, the stay was comfortable, super clean, can’t fault the layout. We loved how the park had high standards to their properties.

Pool, accessibility to town and beach, dishwasher, spacious villa and balcony.

Shower screen was difficult to open and close, catching on the bottom of the shower, dirty toaster, broken glass in cupboard and hearing every footstep in the house due to elevation of villa and material of floors (not a big deal, didn't really affect our stay, just a little annoying)

The property is spacious, new, clean and tidy. It’s fully equipped with what travellers required. Air conditioner was on upon our arrival.its so thorough under the hot weather. Staff tried very best to respond us.

The sachet chocolate mix is expired. But this is a minor
