The location is perfect and the room is clean when we arrived. The toilet is a little bit old but still acceptable. Will come again in the future.

It is a little bit noisy in the morning expecally someone leave early and the sound insulation of the room is a little poor. We can heard our neighbor room’s talking.

The location is very good within walking distance to the waterfront, restaurants, shopping and pubs. Staff were very friendly and quickly accommodated us after our request to move into a studio suite, with very reasonable cost.

Wonderful spacious apartment. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and cooking utensils in excellent condition. The veranda was spacious and the pool was lovely. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked great.

It had a combination washer/dryer which I found a little confusing to use. It takes a very long time to dry clothes and I wish I had used the drying rack for some of my things. Some items were ruined. Read the instructions carefully so that you know how to pause/stop, unlock and unload so that more delicate items that can be dried on the drying rack.

Staff is very friendly. We arrived late but still offered us dinner. The Food is beautiful too!

Good restaurant. Swimming pool. Modern facilities.

We arrived the resort late and there's a message on the door saying that we can call a local number to get the key which were kept in a safe beside the reception door. Luckily we can dial local call. I think if the resort can email or reach us a day earlier about how to pick up the key for late arrival, it will be perfect!

Staff very friendly and helpful, I managed to book the wrong room, the lady at reception was so helpful in finding the room I thought I booked. Room size was great, spa bath was great, even had a washing machine and dryer, lovely size balcony.

Spacious room, very clean. Good to be on the ground floor and close to the pool. Exceptionally helpful staff, who were very friendly. We left something of value in our room and Morag went over and above to ensure it was returned to us in Melbourne.

Nothing. We would stay here again.

Walkable location to Kalbarri town and beach. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Excellent bakery was very close by. Good base from which to explore the national park.

Very expensive

Easy to get to. Middle of town. Friendly staff

In a lower level and could hear every step and chair movements of ppl up stairs. Parking was tight

Old and tired although clean.

Duty manager upgraded us (we did pay!!) to a one bedroom apartment. So much bigger and better than the studio. She was really helpful.

Small sachets of washing up liquid and dishwasher powder. Not very green.
