Overall, all things were well especially the manager was welcoming, hospitable and responsive.The family room was also valuable.

The only thing I'd like to feedback was hairs left on bed sheet, which I believe (assume) were left after laundry rather than sheet not have been changed.

Great set up, Very Clean - Great amenities, Hosts were engaging .

Very comfortable accommodations on our way from Sydney to Coonabarabran for Dark Sky and Milky Way photo adventures. Room was very spacious, clean, and well appointed. Breakfast was very hearty and filling and delicious......well much worth the cost.We arrived on a Sunday, so on-site restaurant was not open. Many options in town available for a quick dinner or take out. We found a wonderful place for pho and a light dinner.

What I didn't like was the cleaning staff entering my room unannounced at least 1.5hrs before check out time. Only car in the parking lot and in the numbered spot allocated to that room. Heard the keys in the lock and called out several times before the cleaner opened the door and entered the room. I was in the middle of getting dressed. Disappointing end to my stay and easily preventable.

The room was a reasonable size and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower was clearly new and fantastic. The towels were large and soft. I was very happy to see refillable wall dispensers for soap, shampoo and shaving cream.

There was nothing to complain about.

Ducks swimming in pool consistently and as such we were concerned about water quality and did not swim

Rooms were clean and plenty for our needs. Staff was super friendly and accommodating and wasn't too far out from Bathurst. We stayed for the race weekend and the pricing and location was perfect.

It’s clean

No breakfast. Definitely not a place for families to go for a getaway weekend. It was very disappointing. Nothing to do and the place was not nice. It was so close to the road and not family friendly. There’s also big ants.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of linen. I was a bit concerned about it being on the highway, but we didn't get much noise at all. The food in the restaurant was also excellent and good value.

Lovely, caring, helpful & staff.The room was very clean and a great size.Parking was convenient at your door.

The only thing I can say here is that the water pressure in the showers wasn't the best.
