Clean comfortable

Milk sour. TV.kept turning on in the middle of the night.

Wonderful staff clean and comfortable

Nothing everything was great

Black Gold is an excellent motel. It’s extremely well maintained and my room was spotless. Plenty of good strong hot water in the shower. The TV was high tech and easy to set up with the QR code. Room access is by key lock code so it’s possible to never see a member of staff. I enjoy human interaction and don’t feel this is necessarily a good thing although I can understand it’s very popular with some guests. Had breakfast and dinner in the Crib Room, both very good. Coffee was excellent.

The room was clean and comfy.

The Restaurant was closed on the Sunday and Monday.

The room was clean and modern. The restaurant was fast and delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The comfort of familiar surrounds and great food.

The new electronic door system is ridiculous low and making entre to the room difficult unless you are a small child.

The location is great for accessing bush walks. The property has a variety of accommodation options and rooms are very clean. Cooking facilities are limited though.

Beds and pillows so comfortable.Super clean and well appointedCheck in processs was easy after hours Nearby facilities and setting

Great service; clean unit; great value for money for our party of 5 guests. Restaurant and bar - fantastic.

Beautiful motel great staff great breakfast.immaculate

room is nice and clean, restaurant next door is great as well.

Our room set out was excellent. Very spacious. Keyless entry door. Booked the venue as part of a surprise party for a friend. The restaurant food was delicious and the staff were friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

There is nothing to say here

Dinner in restaurant was very good. Beds were very comfortable. Everything every clean.

Very clean, good value and excellent customer service keeping us informed with easy checkin and checkout

Parking right outside the room which was lucky as the rain pelted down.

Too close to the railway line

Very clean and quiet. Our suite was spacious. Had everything we needed. Would stay again.

Nothing everything was great.

Great layout. Loved the arrival and departure with the automated pin SMS. Clean rooms with enough space for what we were after.

Could have done with a cooktop of some sorts to cook more food within the room

Very clean facility with all the necessary niceties to make our trip very comfortable.

Although our room was non smoking, smoking was allowed outside and the smoke wafted into our room. I would prefer a block of non-smoking rooms inside and out.
