- This property location is perfect. Water front access with fishing off the warf with plenty of ducks. Its just across the road from the shops for all your shopping needs.i enjoyed sitting outside my room both mornings breathing in the sea breeze and listening to the duck's making conversation with one another . I was told by the owner that black Swans can be sighted early in the morning and late afternoon. Sadly that wasn't my experience. Come see for yourself. Absolutely beautiful .Come and be refreshed by this little piece of paradise, totally affordable. When you leave Black swan Swansea, you'll be smiling from ear to ear like i was. sadly I didn't take photos to show you what I was experiencing as I just relaxed before attending a wedding ceremony at another resort that didn't cater for disability issues.
