Quiet and nice big room, dark and hot water

Location, quiet, clean. Loved the 2nd door opening out onto the huge lawn area with view to pool and trees.

Free WiFi is for limited time. Furniture was old, floorboards under carpet were broken where it meets tiled area around dining table, making it a little hazardous initially. Light above table appears to be detaching from ceiling.

Helpful staff, lack of road noise, size of room,block out curtains.

Noise coming from neighbouring rooms.

booked there because after travelling and working all day was hoping to have a meal and a drink in the restrauant advertised but was told on arrival that it was closed as chef had personal issues he had to deal with than had to drive to nearest town to have a meal we were exhausted and very dissappointed never again will not recommend should of been notified was also told that they never open on a sunday australia day week end gail coomber

Great room. Very large, plenty of space. On site restaurant was a bonus.

Not having proper supply of cups and glasses. We had to bother the busy reception staff to bring us extra crockery so we could have a cup of tea. Perhaps the housekeeping staff could be given a check list to make sure everything is as it should be when they finish cleaning the rooms.

Like it was clean I was able to check in later as I communicated with the staff about my situation they were really quick with responding. Free parking and plenty to park. The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice and 1 AC was working on the master bedroom. For one nite for us was a pretty decent stay

The bathroom curtain panel was broken and I didn't feel comfortable taking a shower knowing anything could look inside the shower from outside. Having 3 teenagers I was doing everything to have some privacy for my daughter's.It was late so I couldn't get help from the staff.AC only worked in the master bedroom the other room my girls were feeling hot the controlled worked but not the actual AC.When I got in the room there was a broken leg of a table I guess cleaning person decided to just leave it there so I told the staff about it. SHOWER: It was good but you have to be careful because it can be very slippery and anyone can get hurt wish there was a mat. I encountered a roach so beware of that wasn't a pleasant visit for those who hate dealing with that ?. they had spray so that's concerning.When it was time to leave a so call staff just barged in our room without knocking since we had both door locks the person tried to enter on the other side and I was able to talk to them saying that he had to knock first before going in. It was only 930am and I could have been sleeping or doing something. That wasn't cool but the man staff cleaning person apologized (still don't know if he was a staff member with no uniform so couldn't tell).

The rooms are spacious, the middle section of garden gives it an open feeling, the decor with model ships and brass plate ornaments is intriguing and gives it a pleasant ambience. It is good to be there.

I was sometimes concerned about the staff member's understanding of English - said with all respect.

always stay here on our way home from Gold Coast. have done over the past 12 years.great quiet place to stay. even on the highway, you cannot hear the traffic.close to food outlets, petrol etc.

This is an older basic motor hotel. The room shows age but is very large. The price is good. I was satisfied.

We enjoy staying here, its clean and well looked after. We have stayed here a few times and keep coming back. Also love that it is single level and can park your car up to the door. Thank you.

Maybe a softer bed.

large size room, comfortable bed and easily accessible shower. Quiet room set well back off the street.

Curtains falling apart, weather strip falling off the door, small size tv for the price of the room.

As usual, the room was immaculate and clean. The bed was soft and the pillows very comfortable.

The only problem was there was no light over the table, which was annoying when trying to work.

Convenience and a huge quiet room

Nothing other than a couple of the soap/shampoo/ conditioners were empty

Spa bath wasn’t working. Flies and ants in the room. Got bitten while asleep in the room. Staff not helpful at all. Ordered a bottle of sparkling wine and they never gave me a glass, had to ask twice.

Spa didn’t work while advertised in property. Room had ants in it. Staff not friendly.

Loved the look and feel. Was amaz d the size of the room. Perfect for a family. The lady also I handed my key back to was really beautiful and professional

Comfortable beds, hot showers, good range of products in the bathroom for use. Easy check in and out and peaceful.
