The rule of after ten o'clock was good idea. we could sleep well. BBQ at each room and outside table, swimming pool was so nice.

beds were so soft i had a bit of sore back when i woke up.

The beds. Too pricey - $600+ per night is not affordable.

We enjoyed a Lo my weekend there and it was fantastic, our kids loved it! The heated pool is great for the little ones. The cabins are very clean. We will be returning for another holiday here.

Convenient location when travelling with kids. Bowling club next door, pub and beach across the road. Great facilities to keep the kids occupied, even if they’re just riding endless loops of the park! Variety of accommodation to choose from to suit your budget. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Would love if it was smoke-free.

The airstream was really comfortable and also very cool. The set up around it is excellent and the bathroom beautiful

It’s a pity you have to go outside to access the bathroom

We were here for a bowling competition so location was good, next to Bowling Club and opposite Bannisters. They both have good restaurants. Also they have a coffee truck come in the morning and the staff send you a txt msg to let you know.

Only downside to our cabin was the glass shower screen needed to be longer as when you have a shower, water goes on the floor and makes it a bit unsafe if you didn’t realise. Aside from that everything was good.

Facilities were great, would've liked longer access to pools & other facilities being daylight savings, found they closed a bit early

Cabin was comfortable but very tired. Not very soundproof. Could hear the campers next door quite clearly. We have stayed in ingenia previously and were a bit disappointed with the park. Was ok without being wow.

Great for group bookings, also for families

Exceptionally noisy cabin next door, kept awake until approximately 1:30 -2am.You need to have blinds down for privacy.

Lots to do at the park! Great for all ages.

Cabin wasn’t overly clean and some of the staff were extremely rude.

Perfect for the kids, they never got bored

A lot of black mold in the indoor pool. Pool water was very very smelly

The price for what we got was not at all value for money. The pictures on the website make the airstreams look so much bigger. It wasn't very clean and there was clothes left in the drawer from previous guests. Value for money was dissapointing

Staff are great and the facilities are perfect for families with young children

The front office needs a generator to allow the staff to communicate with guests when there are unexpected power outages.

Activities for kids like the rental of bikes and carts. Outdoor and indoor pool.Safe and friendly environment. Q

The fan was very noise, affecting our sleep. The sliding doors do not lock. The mattress was really soft, causing back pain. The indoor pool caused a reaction to our skins. The kitchen utensil weren't clean, they emanated an odd odour. Our TV did not have YouTube activated on it, eventhough other houses do.

beautiful, convenient to different facilities, safe for the children, big grass area, choice of indoor and outdoor pools. laundry area and outside lines.

no noise after 10pm. Understandable during the year etc but during the holiday season was hoping at least 12am. We still enjoyed our stay regardless

Its our first time to stay in a holiday park and were very excited to spend 5nights at Ingenia. The location is really good, its very close to everything, 8mins drive from the shopping centre and just 5mins walk from a Bowling Club that serves pretty good meals. Attractions and beautiful beaches were not that far and theres plenty of things to do for family. The facilities at the park were good, we love the indoor pool and my kids had heaps of fun at the jumping pad and making new friends. Its truly is a fun place for family!Now the downside, I was really dissapointed when we arrived at our cabin which is Kentia 24 because its not cleaned properly. There were molds in the bathroom ceiling,shower door, window blinds, lots of finger prints and stains on walls and door which u can tell that has not been wiped for awhile. When you also enter, the cabin doesnt smell good especially the main bedroom! And when I looked around i found the source of the smell, it was the vacuum cleaner put inside the closet! Theres also a mop and bucket inside! I was shocked to see that of all places it was put there inside the bedroom closet.Also some of the pans were not washed properly there were still remnants of food there. The drawers for the cutlery were dirty and dusty that I have to wipe and cleaned it. I am not a clean freak as I understand things cant be perfect but the condition of the cabin is really not great especially we are paying $3700 for 5nights. And I have two little kids that I dont want to get sick. I have to buy some spray to clean the place and also an air freshener to get rid of the moldy smells and that vacuum needs to be replaced as it smells so bad. It stinks the place after using it that I have to spray the whole cabin.We do like the place and its location, the staffs were nice and friendly and we meet some lovely permanent residents there too. Also Port Stephen is such a beautiful place that we would love to visit again!
