It was maintained, clean & close to the beach. Wonderful for families!

We stayed in a luxury beach tent, it was an awesome experience but when it was windy at night, it was SO loud. Kept us awake!

During a 2 week trip and staying at a mix of locations including hotels, caravan parks and apartments, this would have been in the top 2 out of 8 different locations... very nice and vary clean and great facilities for the children

Pool was freezing.. could be heated.

It's a very short walk to One Mile Beach - a beautiful small beach. It's a short drive to everything we wanted to do (Gan Gan lookout, Tomaree headland summit walk, camel ride at Anna Bay). The facilities are great if you have kids. The accommodation was nice and quiet late at night to have a good sleep.

If you don't want to see your neighbours from your bedroom, you might need to pull the blinds down.

Lovely site with a nice pool area. Great location and amenities. Beach access on site was great!

The only downside was on site construction that started at 7am. Aside from this, the stay was wonderful!

The cabins had a practical layout.The entertainment area kept the kids busy and the programs running throughout the day were exciting. There were a number of free activities in the schedule. Amenities were well kept and proximity to the beach was convenient.Beds were comfy and fresh, the kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom had good pressure with hot showers.Common areas for BBQ were plentiful and kept clean with hot plates.

The cabins were not ready even though we came around 3:30 pm. We had to wait around half an hour for the rooms to be made available.However, this may be due to the park filled to capacity being school holidays and long weekend. The reception did compliment this with a late checkout.

Closeness to Beach and surrounding areas, able to go for drives, a camel ride on the beach, eating out.

Great location, very comfortable bed, great sized chalet. Really loved the extra touch of some milk left in the fridge on our arrival. Staff very friendly and helpful. Fantastic value. Didn’t get to use the pool unfortunately as we only had a one night stay.

There’s was nothing we didn’t like.

We stayed in a spa cabin and the spa bath was nice.

The facilities are very run down and dirty. None of the BBQs work and most of the facilities are out of order. The deluxe rooms are horribly dirty with dog hair clumps and marks all over the walls. Dont look under the beds as they definitely haven't been cleaned we found 5 dummies. Dog hair in the sheets enough to notice when the covers pulled back. Kitchen appliances were cheap and broken we had flexible tongs. Pool not heated at all.

Our village was really good, beautiful and clean. Easy access to the beach and some facilities for families and children.

Everything I needed was there . To be honest I just missed the manual for the oven ? but people were really nice to explain to me

The fact it was nearly $600 per night for a filthy cabin & sheets weren’t even clean.

The cabins need updating. Rotten timber shelves, outdoor table glass broken chairs all rusted. Budget cabin old and not clean. I understand it’s budget accommodation but was not worth the price paid considering I was able to upgrade room for not much difference in price. Signage not clear enough regarding where pets can go in park. Sheets were dirty and seemed as if they weren’t changed. Pillow had a terrible smell. Cabins not very clean. Location was great.

How close it was to the beach and close to Anna Bay and slender Bay 20 minutes from Nelsons Bay

Nice location near beach, clean & comfortable cabin.

It was off season so the site was 80-90% empty but they didn't let our second car enter! Ridiculously inflexible.
