The bed was really comfortable.The laundry was very clean.Phone communication was good via a text or calls.

That the tap in the bathroom had to be turned off hard,as it would otherwise keep dripping.The shower head was low which I didn't mind but my husband is tall and found it awkward.

Clean, tidy and good location. The kids loved it, really great pool area.

Fast check-in, very friendly and competent front office staff members. The pool was lovely and clean, the on-site cafe had delicious food and coffee, and catered to our large group of 23 exceptionally well. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Pool was very cold and spa was closed for a day. Also no games room for kids and the park was very small.

Nice pool area. Conveniently located to lots of activities.

Basketball area and playground are looking a little sad.

No table on the deck unlike other accommodation and contacted office, but no one arrived with a table. Also vertical blinds missing a number of slats but again nothing actioned to replace these

The holiday park was very well maintained, clean and tidy. My toddler loved the jumping pillow and water tower. Staff were very friendly.Very happy with our stay.

The property boasts exceptional cleanliness in the cabins, roadways, pool area, café, and playgrounds. The staff provided outstanding service. The café breakfast was delicious. On-site security ensured a safe environment.

Perhaps could provide some additional bath towels.

Being our 2nd trip to Middle Rock everything was perfect, the cleanliness of the amenities and our cabin was fantastic. The kids (and us parents) love the facilities; pool, cafe, jumping pillow, even the roads (for the kids to ride their scooters) were great. Will definitely be back. Last but definitely not least was the lovely lady at reception for the duration of our stay, forgive me but I did not look at her name tag but she was an absolute pleasure and so good with our (at times chaotic) kids. See you guys again real soon.

Fantastic spot for families, great for big and little kids. Pool and sand dunes favourites for our kids.

Disappointed the restaurant was closed our entire Mon-Fri stay.

We had nice 4 days in 2 bedroom cabin. Public pool area was really nice. Friendly staff.

Cabin and its floors could have been cleaned better.

We like the serenity of the place..a lot of activities for the kids..the pool and waddling area/slide for little kids

Having 1 aircon on the main living room..though just a small thing we didnt like as there were ceiling fans on all rooms

The reception staff were fantastic and very welcoming.Had a lovely swimming pool, with a warm pool also.Great wildlife about the park, with two big monitor lizards near our cabin which we enjoyed watching.

Bathroom was filthy - went to put the plug in the basin and just got lots of black gunk from the push down plug. Pulled it out and it was covered in a build up of hair and thick greyish black gunk - obviously never been pulled out and cleaned.Bed was far too soft and unfortunately we did not have a good sleep because of this and got up in the morning with sore backs and neck.

I think when you pay $200 / night that you shouldn’t have to stripe the beds, and put the rubbish out. I don’t mind washing up that’s plain curtesy but I don’t agree with the other things.

And then to rub salt in the wounds the whole area lost power not that that was their fault but we couldn’t make a cuppa or have showers or air conditioner.

Would have been nice to have had the other 2 beds (tri-bunk) made up

The stuff members were amazing we ended up upgrading and they were super friendly. The pools were amazing and the cabin was huge will definitely be coming back

The cabins were nice and spacious and clean. Had everything we needed for a family.The kids loved the pools.
