Birubi Beach Holiday Park

There was a strong odor coming from the kitchen in our room. I asked the staff about it, but nothing was done and no one came to check.

Close to beach and amenities, the local butcher is amazing too!

I liked everything, a little difficult to navigate the television and stations, but that is a very minor factor!!

Location was great, it was good value and staff were friendly.

The location is perfect, we get to visit the beach in the afternoon and morning again. And good amenities. Pool was nice and warm. Friendly staff members.

We couldn’t have our two cabins side by side, but I know it was not always possible before I booked.

The cabin had all the essentials needed. It was close to the pool and Birubi Beach is only a short walk away - and it's an amazing beach.

The pool was dirty and had bits of sweet wrappers floating in it. There was only one dryer that worked. The fan in the bathroom was very noisy. The fridge smelled of bad fish. Better covered area for hanging towels etc would be nice.

Good value for money and children friendly. Near the beach. Friendly staff.

No wi fi. Although could get free dvd’s. Our cabins too near the road for children.

Location was amazing, facilities were fantastic and it was a nice quiet and cosy park.

Blankets could do with an upgrade

We got a free upgrade to a unit near the beach which was nice. We could see and hear the waves. We had a nice big verandah to sit on. Free Tea, coffee and milk was nice in the morning.

The unit was very clean but had a bit of a musty smell like the unit had been closed up for sometime when we arrived. We opened the windows to let some fresh air in. The beds are a little uncomfortable, in the unit we were in anyway, can't say about the others. The units are a little out of the way to main areas like shoal bay, it cost us $40 each way in a taxi to get to shoal bay country club.

We had a nice and clean cabin and the park was central to everything.

Only good thing was it was close to shops.

The cabin was extremely hot. The air conditioning did nothing. The cabin itself was in bad condition. One of the shelves under the tv was broken and missing a piece to hold one of the corners up. I put my car keys on the shelf and it fell into the ground. The car park for my vehicle was extremely tight. The lounge looked about 30 years old. The roof above the bed looked like it was falling apart. The blanket on the bed was about 30 years old. The cabin beside us had children, and they were running around late at night and were very loud. The cabins are too close to each other.

all good. Closest accomodation to My Brothers home, which I needed. I believe it is overpriced for a basic Cabin.

Walk to beach from park, lovely beach.

Shower kept going from hot to cold without adjusting it ourselves. Sofa was sunken in middle and broken underneath. Cabin was beside the boom gate and right on main road, very noisy. Could use ceiling fans or upright fan. Very hot in cabin although had aircon. My husband was sneezing when air con was on. Not sure if filter had been cleaned?

There was plenty for kids to do, pool, games room, table tennis and play area

The cabins are old and maintenance has not been upkept

BBQ for each cabin and size of the cabin was excellent

Pool extremely small for the size of the park

Great location/ and dog friendly. Which is enough to draw you here. Price point high for value and basic amenities.

Great location and was clean.

Prime location to beach.Very tidy park with good facilities .Staff were fantastic especially with a problem with our hot water and the hws was replaced same day. Couldn’t ask for more.

No Wifi

Camp kitchen is big , clean and nice.

Swimming pool was too deep for kids and not updated. When power outrage happend due to weather , there was no generator in facility for family with little kids. Very inconvenient for more than 15 hours. Our kids was crying and scared mostly after power gone and no alternative was provided to family with little children.

We could walk to the beach, the beach had good rock pools for kids.

Cabin was quite small and the pool was too cold for us.

The ground conditions were very sandy - there was very little grass at all. Hard to sit around under our shelter whilst in sand - felt like we were always dirty feet and lower legs. Lots of sand went into the tents too. The campsite needed to have watered the grass ahead of the holiday season if there had been no rainfall. My car got bogged when I arrived and needed to be pushed out to less sandy area. There also no shade on our site and the site was therefore extremely hot in the sun.The camp kitchen microwave was not working.
