Location was great but can't say much else too good about this place. The bed was OK and the room technically had everything we needed.

Very outdated, tired and in a general state of disrepair. Not enough car parking, the patio needs a good clean, shower curtain gross. Fridge froze everything in it

Clean, fit for purpose as simply a bed to sleep in during an overnight trip

3 x adults paid for, only 2 x bath towels supplied. Fortunately we had beach towels of our own and just used one of them for the missing bath towel

Great location. Could walk to the beach and local cafes. Staff were friendly and had no problem fixing our mix up of dates and booked the wrong date.

No key or code had to make a call to get a key we arrived at 4 30 pm and reception said open till 6 pm

We had a comfortable stay at Port Stephens Motel. The bed was cozy, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat. The location was great, and the keypad door entry was super convenient—no need to carry extra keys! It’s also good value for money.

There were a couple of downsides. There were no power outlets on one side of the bed, which was a bit inconvenient, and parking was limited—only 14 spaces for 18 rooms, with almost no street parking nearby. Overall, it's a good stay, but something to keep in mind if you’re driving.

We used the pool everyday, beds were comfy, location was great, staff were helpful and friendly.

The room was great but would have been nice if it was a bit bigger.

Everything was fine a bit dated the bathroom and carpet but apart from that the room was fine and clean witj a small verandah and a small table with 2 chairs.Plus it had air-conditioning and a TV that were the latest.

Nothing it was fine for a 3 star hotel.

Great location. Change of towels, changed used crockery/cutlery every day. Close to bus stop (no car)

Needs a serious update. Slippery in shower. Tiles coming off floor of bathroom=Dangerous. Very small room for 2 people. Ok for one. Hair dryer didn’t stay on wall socket. Old and tired. $900 for the room for 4 nights so not very cheap. No info desk for tours etc. not sure how other properties compare. Booked this one because close to bus stop.
