Nice one bedroom apartment. Facilities were clean and the room seemed reasonable new. View was nice of the water and surrounding mountains. Elevator was very handy.

Hotel location is good, within walking distance to main streets and shopping centres, and main marina of Nelson Bay. Having an on site restaurant was convenient and great value, staff were friendly and made a nice coffee. The room was good size, and added bonus looks as though all rooms face water views. The room itself had wonderful natural lighting with high ceilings and full windows. (Although, could possibly be hot in summer) Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Premise’s were clean and tidy, with huge lot for on site parking. Overall the room itself had what we needed for our stay.

Maybe I should have read room details in greater detail or other reviews prior to booking, the 2 bedroom apartment, whilst it is a good size, had what we needed, the upstairs bedroom is loft, so there is no (access & noise) privacy, curtain only to block out sun id assume, and no door, just staircase access. The bathroom up stairs shower is in a large corner spa which could make it difficult to get in and out of if you had any slight mobility issues. There is no tv in the bedroom upstairs. And the bed wasn’t overly comfortable and the mattress dipped to one side. The down stairs bedroom contained 2 single beds, which were positioned in a way the door could not close, and had no air conditioning nor does any unit direct to that direction, the room was extremely cold. I would choose to stay here again as couple not with teen child we had travel with us, only due the open loft and lack of privacy.

Shower head was terrible, glasses and cutlery were dirty, bed was booked as king but was made as single, Receptionist had to remake

Location was perfect - on a slight incline so you had a good view of the bay. Also close to the reserve so you could hear the wildlife and birds nearby

The ladies on reception when we checked in were lovely. The room was great value for money and I don't need to tell you this but location, location, location. There were 4 adult males on our golf trip and they were all really impressed with our stay. I have stayed here appx 8 times and there is a reason keep coming back. Your staff and amenities are top notch

It was a kid friendly hotel. The pool was beautiful with lots of chairs to relax on

The bathroom amenities like shampoo and hand soap were not great quality

Room was spacious and very clean. Pool was well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Short walk into the town, located next to golf course and tennis courts. Would definitely stay again.

Cleanliness was outstanding, pool was clean and just beautiful. had the best time with my little family.

Fantastic location. Walking distance to shops and cafes. I had a pram with me, footpaths the whole way. I also saw other young families from the hotel walking to and from Nelson bay cbd shops. Very family friendly, we booked a two bedroom apartment. Plenty of space and room for our pram and portacot. Extremely clean.

The location was great. Rooms clean and comfortable. Good TV with most streaming services. Good wifi. Reasonably stocked kitchen.

Our aircon unit leaked and was creating ice cubes. We had to change rooms as a result. Neighbours were noisy.

Great apartment overlooking the tennis courts. The pool area and deck are great features.

The toilet wasn't as clean as it should be,it was hair on the towels, some insects on the certain.

Our two storey, two bedroom room had two bathrooms, a dishwasher and a coffee pod machine! The view was lovely and the beds were comfortable. The kitchenette had everything we needed to cook for ourselves.

Excellent staff, they were so friendly and accommodating. Also so close to our destination.

Dishes were not cleaned properly.
