No designated smoking. Actually no smoking on the grounds anywhere. Expect you to leave the property grounds and stand out in the rain to have a smoke. Ridiculous and should be told that prior to taking my money.They supply 1 extra toilet paper only for your entire stay. When asked cleaning staff they said to our surprise no they could not give me a roll of paper. Never had that and have stayed in many motels over the years. Even if the rooms don't get serviced usually you can get extra if required.No swimming or beach towels to use,just 1 bath towel each for the 3 nightsPlayground broken and not able to use - also no mention of this when booking

The location close to the beach was great! Staff were friendly and loved the late checkout.

The sofa bed was a bit dirty and a shade cloth over the pool for afternoon swims would be great

Great value. Exactly as described, if not marginally better. After staying in many, many motels over 20 years of road trips, this is in the top tier for value, condition of property and location. This is not a one stop shop at the side of busy road to just have a sleep. Lots of things to do on site, especially with children. Thanks for everything

it a bit of a wild beach, more for surfing - always quite rough, there are not many options to eat out around unless you drive to Forster about 20 mins

was very clean and peaceful. Lovely lady at reception, very welcoming

spa was closed but understandable probably there's a reason for it.

The space in the apartment was excellent, the facilities were also excellent. The proximity to the beach was fabulous and the wildlife was amazing. The spa and pool were also beautiful.

The layout was a little tricky if you wanted to watch TV - couch too far away. The bathroom was a bit pokey for two people. Low privacy but that is the layout of the motel. Wooden chairs uncomfortable.

Staff are very welcoming, the rooms where clean and tidy. Beach is outstanding.

Around the swimming pool is tiled and extremely slippery when wet making it very dangerous for little kids. Games room and little kids play equipment is very out dated and old.. upgrades are necessary.

Staff is very friendly and the facilities are decent. Fantastic it backs onto the beach. Great to see some Kangaroos in the resort too. Easy check in and out process. Decent room size. Short drive to Forster. Personal Parking Space included.

Upon arrival the house unpleasantly stunk like vinegar (assuming due to cleaning). Despite being cleaned, the floors were still sandy and dirty to the point it ruined my white socks. Pulling out the sofa bed it was full of hair and sand. The bedding was just some white sheets but no proper doona cover. No daily cleaning or linen replacement such as towels etc. The hot water tank was so small that it isn't ideal for a family, the hot water ran out way too quick.

It would be good to have a fan in the downstairs bedroom since there is no AC vent. OT will get really hot in the peak summers.

Trip hazard on entering as fridge was leaking water onto tiled floor so used one of the tea towels to soak it up, little dated, 6 guests but only 4 towels, windows & doors old & difficult to slide open & close, balcony seating very weathered

Could hear shower running from next unit's bathroom from our bedroom. Suggest to space out the guests when possible.

Absolute beachfront location, immaculately clean including the pool and spa. Friendly staff. Large room. Strong wifi. Good value for money.

We loved the spaciousness and the outlook. The closeness of the beach is a big draw as well. The pools outlook was s delight.
