Great location, quiet this time of year

There was some maintenance issues . Bbq had no gas , left on by previous, obviously not checked . Shower dripped , toilet seat loose , toilet brush broken , bushes rubbed up against screens in bedroom , toaster smoked with nothing in it many ants inside

Most disappointing were the beds. We were 3 adult women but we were given 2 very tiny beds that would have been for children. I don't think they make that size anymore. We were frightened to turn in the night in case we fell out on the floor. Only proble

The location was excellent, the pool was fantastic and the staff were friendly and helpful. The layout of the property was terrific and it's location next to the beach and the pool was fantastic.

The blinds in our property were broken and didn't function properly, which affected privacy in the bedroom and living areas and meant bright daylight shone inside early in the morning which isn't ideal when you're on holidays. There was evidence of spiders webs on some areas of the ceiling.The external elements of the property are need of attention, it's clearly sometime since the property was painted and numerous pieces of dress timber had fallen off the exterior.

Not much

No tissues in the room, no tea or coffee, not even a complimentary bottle of water. Also, they provided no soap and on the second day someone actually broke into my cabin and rearranged some items in my room without even bothering to make the bed, provide me with clean towels etc. An utter disgrace.

everything! the location was perfect, we got a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom which fitted our. needs better with our toddler.

unfortunately there was villa's being built across from us while we were there so there was nail guns and construction happening as well as toilets being emptied by a truck. this was our only down fall for this place

This is a must see resort. You can imagine this was my second stay in this resort in a row.

Cafe was not open during our stay. Understand due to public holidays but for a successful resort basic cafe must remain open even holidays. These kind of resorts are usually full during school holidays so no cafe not a fun!

Property is near to beach so we had good fun and good early morning walk with kids and family menbers together.Beach very neat and clean

The cabins were well stocked with all the essentials. Extra blankets for cold nights.

The blinds need some maintenance, they were falling or missing sections.

Easy to find. Quiet. Good facilities.

No view of anything interesting.

Excellent location of our 2 bedroom apartment very near to the beach and main pool. Roomy lounge/dining area with all facilities required to stay there except no food items or condiments.

The place does though need some items fixed or repaired. EXAMPLE- It says there is a BBQ. But it is so rusty and dirty that it cannot be used. The 2nd bedroom was for my 2 years old grandson, but could not be darkened as the horizontal blinds were not all there, broken. I asked for a cot but it came without a mattress, only a hard board. I had to use spare blankets to make it useable. Just minor things but important. Also, there is a cafe onsite. I didnt know it was open as it always looked closed. I would have gone there a few times over the 4 days there but not until I handed my keys in was I made aware of it being open and it’s open hours.

It was very nice and in a great location for us. Really clean, well supplied unit. We return to the area often, so will look to stay again.

Very clean and well appointed. Nice decor and lots of wildlife around. The DBar was very good. We had nice drinks at Happy Hour (4 to 6pm) on Friday evening, and a nice pizza. Unfortunately the bar was closed on Saturday night, which was surprising. The top swimming pool is very nice!

A shame that the DBar was closed on Saturday night, as we had planned to eat there again.

Beautifully and simply designed villa with all inclusions you need, and so peaceful. The therapeutic sound therapy of the ocean just beyond the tree line. Lots of natural wildlife wandering throughout the grounds, from the gorgeous peacock, wallabies, abundance of birds and a couple of local hares, just to name a few.

Nothing comes to mind.

The location is so good because other than those at the resort there is crowds around. Timing of course has something to do with that. It is indeed a serene experience. It was good that the bar/restaurant/cafe is operating again and we enjoyed our meal there. The pool is excellent.

Being by the seaside, humidity and salt air take their toll but that is to be expected. This time we stayed in a beach house which to take advantage of the views necessitates stairs. However we had elderly relatives come over for lunch and the wooden stairs leading into the house were a bit treacherous on a wet day as there is no railing for people walking problems. Once inside the stairs are steep but the railings are very good.

Relaxing environment, surrounded by nature. The cafe was excellent and impressed with grounds and facilities

Location. So close to the beach and awesome pool

Unit was not clean and poorly maintained. Broken blinds and flyscreens. Bugs came into the unit at night

Nil facilities operating, pool out of order, DBAR not open, wellness spa not open

The property was super peaceful

The people on first few days at pool kind of took over and played music which wasn’t everyone’s taste. The beach had no patrol and was not safe to swim.

The size of our cottage & it was equipped with all we needed.

It is a little too far from some shops eg:a Chemist & Supermarket but I must admitI enjoyed the quietness.
