I left some clothes behind in the wardrobe and these were tracked down for me and available to family who picked up a week later. Thanks.

Very clean and tidy, the staff were really helpful. We had the smoke alarm beeping in the night and the staff came and removed it so we could sleep.

The bed was comfortable

The place was clean but old and shabby, in disrepair. A microwave toaster and kettle were provided but no crockery or cutlery. They advertise a restaurant onsite, but it wasn't open. The pool was empty. The bed was comfy but I was bitten by insects all night. The only way for fresh air was a door open to a river bank, no security.

Rooms were a bit musty but it had been raining heavily for weeks.

we arrived at 1.30 pm instead of 2 and told to go away and come back at 2pm the staff member was not very polite and could see i was not happy being sent away for 30mins and was very sarcastic. I would never go back there for this reason

No milk and no explanation why (They had run out we discovered the next day)

Room was comfortable. Beautiful scenery. Opportunity to buy dinner there at reasonable price

For the rate the room was alright considering it was long weekend -

however there were few moths on the ceiling and in the bathroom as wellAlso the positioning of the lamp over the single bed was very uncomfortable my son

Very comfy bed. Short walk to their chinese restaurant. Quiet location.

Property was clean but there was bad smell all around.

Very bad smell around the room and in bathroom

Good facilities and was able to access room outside of normal hours.

Trying to find motel - needs to have a sign lighted at night on the main road.

The shower

The rooms were outdated and service was poor. When we arrived we walked into our room and it was dirty and when we told the staff they didn’t seem to care. When I asked for milk they didn’t give us the milk.

Friendly helpful staff. Quiet location. Restaurant has lovely food.
